“We bought a car seat from the Aintree store and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nicky greeted us at the door and was immediately able to talk me through the different options and let me trial the seat in our car before we decided. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’d been looking online at car seats and was overwhelmed by all the information so felt so relieved to be helped by an expert. Thanks again!”

“We had a fantastic experience visiting Nicky and Taite at Direct 4 Baby Aintree today! They couldn’t have made it any easier for us to buy our first pram, the I Candy Peach Cerium. We dropped by the shop on a Sunday with both sets of parents and was welcomed to browse around for as long as we needed. We felt very relaxed which allowed us to check out all the different varieties of prams before choosing to look at a couple in more detail. When we did need support, Nicky was on hand to answer all of our questions; what she didn’t know about prams/ car seats/ anything baby related wasn’t worth knowing. She also spent the time to demonstrate how to use the pram with all of its adaptions, let us have a try, checked if the car seat fitted inside our car by setting it up and checking its suitability and even trialed fitting the pram into our boot. We felt no pressure to buy and was able to shop at ease. When we did make our decision we wasn’t rushed once the sale was secured and the store manager Taite, went to every effort to check we understood all the different details of the pram again just to make sure nothing was missed and then offered to set the pram up for us for no extra fee. This meant we walked away on the same day with the pram ready to use. The overall experience was great and we will definitely visit again for the rest of our baby essentials!”

“We visited both the Burscough and Aintree store and both times we were seen to quickly, were able to ask lots of questions and try out the products. I went in knowing I wanted an icandy but wasn't too sure on the car seat. Dawn at Aintree, talked us through every aspect of our now purchased Peach pram and went through with us the best features of each car seat it was compatible with. When we arrived I really needed a drink and was offered one almost immediately. My Dad and hubby loved the seating area and coffee whilst me and my Mum spent more time looking at the pram. We were given time to decide what we wanted and not pressured at all. The order was delivered super quick, within two or three days and I was contacted to be told some of our order would be a day later so we knew it wasn't missing. All the staff (especially Dawn, who looked after us) were very helpful and lovely! Thank you so much, can't wait to get out with my new pram! :D”
