“Brilliant experience and product. The product wasn’t initially in stock due to a slight error I therefore was sent an email to make sure I was happy to wait just 2 weeks extra for it to be back in stock otherwise offered me an alternative in another colour. Really good communication. The product was also good quality and exactly as I’d hoped.”

“Bought a pram bundle from direct 4 baby. We needed to make some adaptations for my pram for my children and they were fantastic at making the changes for me, great communication! Would definitely buy a pram from them again!”

“We struggled for weeks to find the right place to purchase the pram we wanted. After we found Direct4Baby, we visited aintree and was dealt with by Taite. The service from start to finish was excellent and we received our pram at home within two days. Will definitely be recommending!!”

“Found through google shopping, glad I didn’t go with my “usual” sites. Cheaper by £15 and free delivery. Really quick dispatch and delivery too. Will be using direct4baby again.”

“Had a wonderful experience at our stopping consultation today in Aintree. We were looked after by Nicky who really made the whole experience for us. She took her time showing us the pram we had in mind as well as other prams and gave us other great advice too. Would really recommend this store, was a really helpful and informative visit.”

“Quick delivery, affordable and a good selection of products. I’d not heard of the website before so was a bit dubious but it was better service than I’ve had from some much more well known retailers. I would definitely use them again.”

“When we purchased the buggy we was told the buggy would be with us on Monday as we ordered it on Friday. Monday and Tuesday went by and we had no email from the company about the buggy being dispatched. We phoned direct 4 baby to be told it would take 3-5 days as nothing was on the system to then receive a email the following hour to be told the buggy had been dispatched it seemed to me as tho the company had forgot about our order until we spoke to them. When the buggy finally arrived we built the buggy abs everything seemed fine to then notice the tyres on the wheels were totally flat we had no way of pumping them up and then had to purchase a foot pump I was not impressed having to do this with a £400 buggy!”

“I went into the direct4baby store in Aintree to look at prams, a lady called Nicky helped us pick the best pram bundle which I am super happy with! The whole process was so enjoyable I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I visited the Aintree store and was helped out by Taite. He was so helpful in every way and nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge of the various models was actually quite unbelievable! Went to pick up my Silver Cross model earlier and was served by Taite again and Nicki who were both lovely and so helpful and went above and beyond. I will be telling everyone I know to visit this store it made me feel so much better about my choices than anywhere else I visited. Thanks guys!”

“Really pleased with the service. They even went to the trouble of phoning me to make sure I was aware that the car seat and pram weren’t compatible with each other (which I knew but it was nice to know the order was looked at!). Delivery within 24 hours! Would order from them again”
