“Can’t thank Direct4Baby enough. The service from start to finish has been amazing. Booked appointment online, was greeted with a friendly face in a Covid friendly environment. “Ordered a pram bundle on a Wednesday. Had not heard about delivery by the following Wednesday so rang the customer service first thing Thursday morning. The lady who answered the phone said she would look into it and call me back later on that day, which she did and said that the order was now ready to be shipped and because of the delay I would get it the following day. Less than 24 hours after enquiry I had my order. excellent service and very good fast delivery of all 3 parcels.”

“Everything was fantastic communication was great I sent email cos I needed address changed and I was replied promptly on a Sunday. The rest I gave 4 stars is delivery took long and that wasn't made very clear when I initially purchased item was shipped 1 week after purchase everything else was great”

“What a nice pleasant experience today at Direct4Baby Aintree. We came from Warrington to this Liverpool store after following their Instagram. Great demonstration by Claire and we eventually decided on the iCandy. My husband gave a thumbs up as they have an in store coffee shop !!”
