“Nicky at the Aintree store was so helpful and informative, as first time parents she made sure we had all the relevant information without bombarding us. She gave us honest opinions on products, no bias and lots of things to think about when selecting products that we hadn't thought about. Would highly recommend booking a personal shopping experience, lovely store and relaxed atmosphere”

“Dawn at the Liverpool store was so helpful! Buying a pram can be a bit overwhelming as it's our first baby, but she let us test out the two we liked and gave us good, well-balanced advice.”

“Helen at the Aintree store was so helpful when we needed to buy two car seats for our twin grand daughter's. Nothing was too much trouble for her she even showed us how the seats would fit in my son's car. We would definitely shop here again.”

“We went to the Aintree store and had Nicky who helped us with looking at different prams and also side sleepers. Couldn’t of asked for someone more helpful not only did she have a great understanding of the products, but was she so helpful and patient taking time to let us try them out and even see if they fit in our car.”

“I highly recommend this baby store to anyone that is looking to buy a pram, car seat, nursery, or any other baby equipment. It’s a lovely new and modern shop with a great variety of products on display. The staff has been that knowledgeable and helpful that we came back after our first visit a couple of weeks ago to buy nearly all the things that I will need as a first time mum! A lady called Nicky has been absolutely amazing with us! Her knowledge and advice was extremely helpful in making the right choices for us. She patiently answered all our questions, demonstrated all products we were interested in and made us a lovely tea and coffee. She helped us choose a pram, car seat, high chair, bath and a nursery set including a mattress and bedding. After two hours we left the shop with a big smile on our faces! We got a good deal and are confident that we bought the right things for us. They also offer a flexible home delivery service and they offered to install and demonstrate the car seat in our car, once delivered. Overall a great shopping experience! Highly recommend, it’s worth a trip, even if you live a bit further away. Thanks again Nicky!”

“Great service, I was unable to get the egg 2 bundle anywhere else and I received it within 2 weeks of ordering. I was kept up to date with my order, and the customer service is excellent. Beautifully packaged. We will definitely buy from direct 4 baby again. Thank you.”

“I have had a fantastic experience with direct4baby. I initially was really impressed that we could buy the egg2 pram bundle with a different car seat. We preferred the Cybex car seat and the flexibility to be able to add this is something that is not available in a lot of other retailers! I went to view the products at a different store and they said there were huge delays with egg2 products so I immediately came home and emailed direct4baby to see when the next order was expected. They emailed back within 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon - amazing service! They confirmed they did not have any delays. I ordered the products 26/6 and they have arrived today 5/7 and I could not be happier with them. When ordering I had an issue with a discount code not working - they emailed a bespoke link within 10 minutes! The backpack which is part of the bundle has not arrived with the rest of the order I emailed and again a response within 10 minutes confirming it is on it's way! I honestly cannot recommend direct4baby enough! Thank you for making such an exciting time even better :) Laura”
