“Excellent service . Was let down by another provider for daughters pram. Spoke with Lisa who confirmed that they could provide the same one in 10 days time. True to word they did . Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Really impressed with direct for baby order. Was looking for a good child car seat, so after searching the internet I narrowed my scope and found them to both cheaper but also offered a next day delivery I was after. Order placed, and next day came, received order intact as indicated on their website and nothing was missing. Would highly recommend”

“We went to your aintree store think it was helen and Nicki the customer service was outstanding the colour pram we wanted wasn’t in stock but there no stock of it anywhere then we were thinking of another pram It was available in your ormskirk store we walked out and decided that the we would go for 1st pram but in a different colour cause they customer service was that good we didn’t want to go anywhere else they demonstrated how to use the pram ect was realy helpful and lovely we will definitely be using you again and told all our friends zadie was very happy with her new buggy in Blackpool and it’s all thanks to your brilliant customer service Many thanks Rebecca karl ava & zadie ❤️❤️”

“I bought the egg 2 stroller and carry cot, it arrived within 3 days which I was surprised about, the backpack and free fur liner was not with the order but a quick email and they replied back the next day and got them sent out the next day. Really good service I will definitely shop with them again and tell people to shop with them too. Thank you so much”
