“Extremely happy with our purchase of the silver cross all motion 360 car seat from direct4baby. Direct4baby kept us informed of delivery date and time and the car seat is amazing. Would highly recommend”

“Joanne and Lucy gave amazing service! I called late on Friday looking for a Silver Cross car seat that was out of stock everywhere else. They were so helpful and friendly and gave me a great deal. Will definitely use them again.”

“Found the exact car seat I was looking for at a cheaper price, and no p&p. Stated 48 hour delivery but took 72 but that was down to the Royal Mail and I was in no hurry for it. Will be back as am a registered childminder so always looking for well priced essentials.”

“Walking into to store not having a clue what my daughter and I were looking for other than needing a pram, to leaving the store fully understanding the type of pram suited to my daughters life style all thanks to Taite. He was knowledgeable, explaining the different functions and combinations, and extremely patient with our endless questions. Taite was not pushy, just provided good quality service which is very rare these days. The whole experience was pleasurable with goods well displayed and staff who knew what they were talking about. I would recommend this store without hesitation.”

“Went to the Aintree store on a Sunday, we got there before the store opened as the opening times on Google were wrong. However it didn’t matter the guy in the store opened up for us early showed as around all of the strollers they had and was very knowledgeable. Ordered one there and then after such great service.”

“I placed my order online for my pram and car seat bundle I was kept in the loop by the store the status of my delivery as they was waiting on stock of my car seat my order was expected mid February which was perfect as my little one was due March. My little decided to make an appearance very early a few days ago. I called the store to ask if they would be able to send my pram now and the car seat later and I would pay 2 lots of delivery I was prepared to buy another car seat to be able to bring little one back this weekend. I spoke to the most helpful lady called Lucy explained she said she would called back in a few minutes when she called she told me she had arranged for next day delivery of a car seat at no extra charge so I could bring baby home and my pram would be delivered on Tuesday and when my car seat arrives in stock will send that one out and arrange for a collection of the one she sent next day delivery. She had agreed to lend me a car seat from store to bring my baby home and for me not to spend more money on a seat. No other store would ever consider doing anything like this to help anyone I cannot thank Lucy enough for all her help and the kindness she offered I would 1million% recommend this store to everyone the best service ever”

“The order process was so easy, and delivery was super quick. Service was very good.Thankyou Yesterday my daughter and partner put the pram together and unfortunately it's suppose to be all black but one of the hoods is grey. I have sent an email to the enquiry email address.”

“I ordered the wayfarer 2020 bundle (pram carseat and isofix) After I ordered this product I had a look at the reviews on trustpiolet and unfortunately there are meany bad reviews so this worried me as I'd already had a bad experience with a different online website a week before. I rang direct 4 baby the next morning and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very understanding of why i called and very reassuring. She advised me that my order was due to leave them on that day and I should get the email later on in the afternoon. She apologised about the reviews and just explained. I was very surprised to receive my email from them and dpd to say its been dispatched and I had a number more emails keeping me in the loop up untill I had my pram delivered to my door. This was ordered on the Thursday evening and had my pram on the Saturday early afternoon. I can not recommend this company enough and would happily buy off them again, amzing service, brilliant prices and fast delivery. Thankyou very much direct 4 baby ☺☺”

“Came in to the store after finding on Google and living 3 hours away, so pleased we did, we were greeted by Nicky. Service was 10/10. As a first time nervous mam to be, she showed be what essentials I would need etc, and made me feel relaxed and showed me a good range of products.”
