“Went to the aintree store yesterday and had the lovely Nicky helping us. As a first time mum (due March) my knowledge is lacking but Nicky helped with all questions and guided us through everything we needed to know about the silver cross pram bundle we went with. Very pleased and would 100% recommend !!”

“Service was brilliant. So refreshing to be able to actually speak to a real person when we had a query, and a very knowledgable and helpful one too! Our only point of dissatisfaction was that the stair gate and extension we purchased, although very good quality, was almost impossible to assemble as the instructions and diagrams were worse than useless! After three hours we sort of worked it out but still not really right - but sheer frustration prevented us from trying any further. Not your fault, but the manufacturers!!”

“I’m really happy with the item delivered, but it took some getting here. I appreciate you may be experiencing supply chain issues at the moment and when I did contact you, they were very good at responding. The item took 3 weeks to deliver, which I wasn’t anticipating. Maybe this could have been a little better”

“Excellent company. Purchased a car seat from here. I live locally to the shop so called in advance to check stock. They didn’t actually have it in store but had it in the warehouse so sent someone to the warehouse to get it so that it was in the shop ready for me to pick up. Staff both in store and over the phone were very friendly. Excellent customer service and very competitive price points. Highly recommend.”
