“Placed an order 6 days ago and was getting worried as there wasn't An update with a delivery etc however I recieved a phone call today from a lovely lady explaining what was happening and that my order will be here within the next 10 days. Will be using them again”

“Once again, ordering from this company has never been so easy, I live in the Isle of Man and when ordering online it doesn’t allow delivery to my address, these guys are so helpful and placed the order for me and added on my shipping address, I’ve never known a company to want to help so much, most simply say no we don’t deliver to the Isle of Man, but not this company, they are so eager to help it’s amazing, I can’t thank you all enough, my order was placed 23rd December and my order arrived the 29th, I couldn’t be happier thank you all so much”

“Made an order for a car seat that appeared to be in stock. Delayed for a long time with no communication at all. I had to contact them. Was told it was out of stock & I’d receive it in 2 weeks. Then out of the blue it arrived with less than 24 hrs notice (5 days after it being told it would take 2 weeks at least) meaning we had to cancel our Christmas Eve plans to be home to receive it. I left the same review as I am doing now. I then received begging emails asking me to delete the poor review because they were sorry. I then went & had a look at their other reviews. Almost exactly the same thing happened to multiple other customers, whose reviews were not deleted. I then realised they had deleted my review. So here I am, back again, telling the truth again. Be sorry. Great. Thank you for the apology. Being accountable & owning your many mistakes comes next. Delete this & I will write it again. 💋 The car seat was great!”

“Ordered Oyster 3 bundle and due to global supply chain issues was expecting a delay. Spoke to Sam who was excellent and has sorted out the order so the important parts (pram and car seat) will arrive within the week. Excellent customer service all round, thank you.”

“Thank you to Nicky and the rest of the team at both Aintree and Burscough stores for all your help in choosing a pram and carseat for our first baby. Can't recommend this shop enough no pushy sales tactics, will help and advise all products and let you come back as many times as you need and get comfortable before making your choice.”

“Hi we visited today (28/12/21) and it was our first day out looking for baby products. We where helped by Nicki who couldn’t have been lovelier she talked us through everything, nothing was too much trouble and she gave us loads of advice and really took the time even though we hadn’t booked an appointment. We would 100% recommend and will be going back for a proper sit down consultation soon as we felt so at ease. Thank you”

“Placed an order for a buggy, the could not specify when delivery would be they just kept saying it will be mid December and they would call us once the item was in, we had no contact from them what so ever, we had to call them and chase them mid way through the month again still no date, when we called again towards the end of the month they said they had emailed and tried to call (no email got sent through) and we did not receive and calls. The product is great however the customer service and communication is quite poor.”

“I have always had brilliant service from direct4baby that’s why I always go there for products. I had my travel system from them and now have ordered a car seat. I had a few problems with my recent order but I spoke to a gentleman today and he was brilliant and sorted everything straight away.”
