“Good service and customer care. I ordered a Doona car seat which was cheaper elsewhere. I contacted Direct 4 Baby to see if they can match the price, which they did. However, it took me about an hour to chat to their customer representative. I’m happy with the product and it was delivered very quickly. I’d like to note that the description on the webpage is not quite accurate. It stated that the box will also include a seat protection cover; however it wasn’t the case. Otherwise, the car seat is great.”

“Direct 4 Baby was an amazing experience so welcoming Jess and Helen were fantastic nothing too much trouble. Demonstrated every pram we liked let us try it outside and see if we could fit in the boot of car . We’ll definitely be back”

“I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicky in the Aintree store. She showed me various prams to meet my requirements and budget. She showed me how each one worked with the different fixtures and fittings. Thanks to Nicky’s help I came away with a pram I am more than happy with.”

“Super easy to order and quick delivery. Absolutely love the pushchair. I have an Icandy which is just too big and heavy this is perfect for quick journeys and it’s lovely to push very smooth and easy and my 9 month old son absolutely loves it.. have used it with both normal seat and clipped car seat onto frame ( adapters sold separately) and it was so easy and quick. Wish is just got one of these from him being a newborn rather than wasting £1000 on a huge bulky un practical travel system.”

“Placed my order 30-11-21 for a carrycot. I never received any delivery information after a while I chased up my order to be told the that the store was waiting for delivery from the supplier expected in 7-10 days. Waited and waited. Chased it up again to be told the item is now discontinued. Had I not chased it up I doubt I'd have been informed. I was offered a replacement told to expect delivery 24-12-21 no surprise when it never arrived. Its been over 4 weeks now since the original order and I've now had my baby and am without a carrycot. The company are aware of this as I've made it clear in my emails but they now seem to not be responding. Contacted trading standards at this point as I'm at a loss with money and no carrycot after ordering something which showed as in stock! Very quick to take your money and leave you without a product that is essential for a baby! Very unprofessional and morally wrong. However I have since received the replacement carrycot and a £30 refund thanks to Joanne who was very keen to resolve my original complaint. I am very pleased with the carrycot”

“Very pleased with the service and product. Im a foster carer currently looking after a 3 month old baby, and just had an unexpected newborn join us this week, so needed a double stroller ASAP. Yesterday I used live chat, who responded immediately, to confirm the buggy I wanted was available and ordered it with express delivery. Less than 24 hrs later, it was delivered. I chose the Oyster twin stroller as it ticked all the boxes at a great price - compact, lightweight, with lie back seats and easy to fold. We’ve just come home from our first walk and I’m really happy with my purchase. It handles well, gave the babies a smooth ride and is narrow enough to fit through the front door 😀”
