“Absolutely fantastic service from the guys at the aintree store! From the first visit to making our final purchase, there was no push on purchasing anything but the staff had unbelievable knowledge on all products and answered any question we through at them! “We ordered an Egg2 bundle which was out of stock in every store we tried, and the wait for pre-order wouldn’t of allowed us to have this Pram. We ordered from direct4baby and the Egg2 bundle arrived the next day. Fantastic service.”

“We called at the Aintree store on Saturday 26th June to look at swivel baby car seats and the service provided by Helen was excellent, her knowledgeable about the different seats was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she even took the seat that we were interested in out to the car so we could see how much space it requires. I would highly recommend a visit to the store.”

“Super fast delivery of mattress for snuzkot , one gripe maybe if you raise price on cot to include mattress as not standard size was on main site of snug but not prominently stated , fixings for mode sides not long enough or maybe machining of side countersink not deep enough ?”

“Ordered the egg2 bundle in Jurassic Grey yesterday evening Sunday 27.06.21. I sent a quick email to the enquires email to check how long delivery may take of the items, I sent an email around 08.30pm within minutes I had a reply from a lovely very helpful lady called Abigail who apologised Egg were having some shipping issues and the delivery should to their warehouse this week or early next week, I was very happy with the quick reply and information I was given. I then received an email this morning Monday 28.06.21 to say my items are been processed in the warehouse and shipped so my delivery will come tomorrow Tuesday 29.06.21 which I am delighted with. Brilliant efficient service all around. I am very excited to see the pushchair when it arrives. I would defiantly order from direct4baby again and the customer service was unfaultable.”

“Brilliant customer service. Due to Covid my daughter picked and we purchased her travel system online and by phone. Unlike other companies we contacted they knew there stock and when deliveries were due. From the start of the process the customer service kept us posted every step of the way even on the weekends. Everything arrived in time for baby’s arrival. Really happy with the Oyster 3 travel system. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend Direct4Baby”

“After being overwhelmed with all the pram choices we visited the store and all our questions were answered! With the help from the staff we was able to whittle our choice down and then made our decision really quickly and easily with the hell from Nicky. The customer service was excellent and it’s such a lovely shop to visit!”

“The best customer service I’ve ever received, I had so many problems ordering my Pram bundle with other companies, as soon as I spoke to Abigail Jones, she was fantastic, her customer service was amazing, nothing was to much trouble even though the order needed to come to the Isle of Man, she helped me place the order because I was having problems, and she kept me up to date with everything, my Pram bundle has now arrived and I couldn’t be happier, I have recommended you to my family and friends and I will be returning, amazing service and super quick delivery, couldn’t thank you enough :)”
