I sent them a set of expensive frames to be re-glazed and they were returned with mismatched screws and scratches. On exactly the same day my friend ordered a pair of glasses which they claimed to have sent by first class post but had yet to arrive two weeks after their claimed posting date. Their delaying tactic is to say they are investigating this with the Royal Mail, though how they do this when they have sent the item unregistered is a mystery. Make a sentence out of these words: 'touch, barge-pole, I, them, with, a, wouldn't', if you have any sense.

Amazing service. Just wanted a spare cheap pair of glasses. Arrived very quickly. Could not believe the amazing quality. As good as my Superdry ones! No more rip off opticians for me...

1 starHELP NEEDED URENTLY! Hello, I Purchased a pair of glasses. Unfortunately they sent me the completely wrong lenses. In order to return the glasses they made me pay for recorded postage which they promised they would pay me back for. Unfortunately it has been over a month since they have received the returned glasses, and I am still yet to receive my money back. They are also not responding to any of my emails. Please help, am I able to contact the police or have I just been a victim of Fraud, with nothing I can do about it. Please could someone give me advice. It would be greatly appreciated, as I am desperate to get my money back

> No email or confirmation received after I placed my order > Money taken immediately from my credit card > Glasses shown as sent for manufacture but actually nothing was happening > Weeks went by waiting for a reply regarding my prescription. I had to chase this otherwise I expect I nothing would have been done. > Technical issues with phone lines seems to be taking weeks to resolve so it’s impossible to call on 0203 053 6190 > Wrong frames have been provided I ordered CP183 but received CP182 > The quality of the frames and lenses I received is very poor > Metal hinges are both tarnished, one hinge is bent and as a result is very stiff. With a slight touch the left lens pops out of the frame at the top. The left lens has a small scratch on the inside near the hinge > Free returns (apparently no longer offered) is clearly stated on the web site but is now replaced with a non-binding promise to refund postage in an email. I wont be using direct sight again

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The first arrived within a week - the cheaper spare pair. The second had not arrived after 1month. I emailed and a curt reply was received stating it would be dispatched at the end of the week. This was not the case. After 2 further weeks I emailed again and received no reply. I explained I was particularly upset that I had no idea what was happening, I explained I was going to give a poor review and again received a curt reply stating that the glasses had been popular and would be sent soon. Had I not complained about the lack of communication, I would have been left waiting. Trading Regulations 2013 state that if a trader agrees to deliver items, you have a right to have them supplied within 30 days after ordering, beginning the day after the order was made. Customer service and communication could be greatly improved

Agree with other reviewers that they are a real bunch of liars. Very angry at having wasted so much time (7 weeks!!!) waiting for them to send an order. When they sailed majestically past the deadline I emailed a critical note asking when they would be delivered & they immediately cancelled the order! Still haven't received the refund though - funny how payments go straight away & refunds take a week! so angry with these liars, words cannot do it justice. Would advise anyone to avoid like the plague.

Where to begin! Just don't use this company . Can't believe I'm the only person to leave a review? Maybe I'm the only mug to be taken in by the,. Please avoid at all costs
