“Very prompt and efficient service at a competitive price Have yet to wear the trainers outdoors but at a half size above my normal fit they seem to be very comfortable on my feet”

“Initially ordered a different size that fits me in other vibram 5 finger styles but was too small, arranged returned and replaced with one size up. Everything sorted super quickly and easily, new pair were delivered within a week of the initial order, excellent service. Item as described and expected.”

“Ordered tennis string for one tennis racket and was given tracking information of delivery by DHL. When I tried to track the item DHL had no record of the shipment number. I was just about to contact Direct Tennis when to my surprise the item arrived by Royal Mail. It would be good for a company to get the basics right.”

“I received a despatch email on the Tuesday afternoon with a tracking reference that the email advised would be available to check on Royal Mail from 6pm. The delivery service selected was 2-3 working days (Royal Mail 48) The tracking code provided never worked with Royal Mail and when I questioned with DirectSports I was told it wouldn't work until they tried to deliver (which contradicts the wording in the despatch email). The order finally arrived after 5 working days and several emails to DirectSports.”

“I ordered a pair of ladies tennis shoes, however they were too small. I returned them and within a few days a larger pair was dispatched which were a good fit. Very good service, would recommend”

“They will sell you substandard products that does not last and will refuse refund or replacement when the product breaks down within few days. You'd think the company would honor your statutory rights but they will claim it's your fault. Avoid at all costs!”

“Ordered a Yonex Arc Saber 11 Play, String broken after two days, been playing Badminton for years so know how strings work, however this definitely a manufacturer problem or potentially a non genuine racket as I have never ordered off here before, but can't say with certainty, terrible customer service would not help at all, will go back to old supplier...”
