“Yep these are good sports/sweat bands. Used for squash and intense gym work. They work hard!!!They wash well. Keep their shape. Retailer sold at a good price/discounted. Delivery was prompt. Recommended.”

“Strongly made bag. Holds a racket (or several) easily and you can position them to permit easy cycling while wearing a helmet. Reflective band is a nice touch on a bike as well. Quick delivery and a good price”

“Ordered shoes in my usual size, however the brand came up small. The cost for postage and returning meant in reality trying them on cost £10. Therefore you are far better placed to order from someone who charges more per unit but offers free shipping and/or free returns.”

“I ordered some trainers on a Friday night from Direct Sports and immediately realised that they were £10 cheaper on another website. Unfortunately, you can't cancel an order with this company over the weekend and I was told by customer service it would have been too late to cancel the order on Monday morning! The goods arrived promptly, but I wanted to return them, but there is a £3.99 charge. I emailed them and offered to return them and asked if they would give me the £3.99 credit against a more expensive pair of trainers. Alternatively a voucher towards spending on their website. They replied promptly ignoring my offer to compromise and told me when I phoned them that they have a "highly automated system" so they are not able to compromise and I should just pay and return the shoes. Basically they are highly automated inflexible and not able to deal with people it seems. They have lost the further business that I offered them, and turned what could have been a positive customer service into a negative. This was totally opposite to the other company I dealt with who have excellent customer service. No Sweat for them”

“Good selection of sports clothing and shoes, good prices and prompt service. I would like more product details on the website, to include full details of materials and textiles, and features on clothing such as pockets and zipped cuffs. There was a problem on the website where the returns portal was not available for several days, but it was corrected eventually.”
