Bought a pair of Yonex shoes which were too small and had to exchange them. Returns process was very easy and new pair arrived within few days of the return.

Direct Sports have been great, extremely happy with the items and the time they took to arrive. I just went for standard delivery, free with royal mail, and my stuff arrived in just 2 days. Great products too, they fit well and Direct Sports supply very good brands at very reasonable prices. 5 stars would definitely recommend to other customers!

Appalling company - returned item unworn as didn’t fit, had proof from Royal Mail of acceptance their end. They basically never refunded me the money for the trainers. After many calls and email I went to citizens advice you told me to go to PayPal. After speaking with a customer representative at PayPal and showing them proof of delivery PayPal issued a dispute and forced a refund. Totally unnecessary behaviour from this joke of a company - avoid !!

Paid £4.99 for next day delivery. No email confirmation, didn’t arrive next day , nor the next. No response to my emails. Telephone call went to voicemail. Item arrived and was faulty. Emailed to request exchange/refund. No response. Paid through PayPal so having to go through them for a refund. I wish I had read the reviews first. Terrible customer service (well lack of it). Avoid…

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent them a return that was delivered by Royal Mail 14 days ago. Since then, I have called three times and each time been promised the refund would be processed that day. The lump of wood they have working in customer service is beyond useless and the warehouse manager is incompetent. Save your time and money by choosing another sportswear store.

Hi, I made a purchase on the 20th of April, received a confirmation email and then nothing. a week later and I have no update on my order being dispatched, no answer from 'customer service team' (does it even exist?!?!). I have sent 3 emails and left 5 voicemails and still nothing. Unless hear back from them in the next 24h with an update on my order being delivered the next day I will not be taking down this review and I would not recommend you ever use their services, spend your money elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Hermes advised me of the day that my order would be delivered. Before 10 on that day the status had changed to it has been delayed but should be moving again within 24 hours. Over a week later and that status has been unchanged. Initially I thought that it was Hermes that should receive the poor review but after trying to get the matter resolved with Direct Sports I realise just what poor customer service is. DIrect Sports sit behind "we've opened an enquiry with Hermes". How long does that take - surely a phone call or an email exchange, 1 day at most! No progress so I advised Direct Sports that as I hadn't received the goods nor received any information about the delivery I cancel my order. Yes I can cancel when I return the goods - which they haven't delivered. They have my money and clearly customer service or the fact that a delivery has gone missing and a customer hasn't received the item they paid for isn't remotely a priority or a concern to them. A company to avoid.

Bought a pair of Asics Gel Tactics online UK size 9 and received the product through the post. Tried them on in indoor hall (walking/jogging) only to realise that the product sent to me was actually size 9.5 and not 9 as originally ordered. Spoke to someone via phone who advised to send them back and they would exchange for the correct size. Waited for two weeks, only to have the original pair returned to me, stating that they could not be exchanged as the shoes have been worn. So I am now stuck with the wrong size trainers.

NO WARRANTY SUPPORT. Have reached out to customer service for warranty on Babolat Badminton Shoes. First they tried to push it away by saying 1 year is over, after insisting and showing them tracking details, then they came back saying share pics, then they wanted to suggest thats wear and tear and not covered under warranty, after again asking for them to run it by Babolat as the sole shaving off is bad sole and not wear and tear, they have not got back to me. 3 emails sent. No response. 2 weeks No response. I would NOT recommend them and hold them accountable for false advertising and misleading warranty policy and processes
