First off they do have decent prices. However they have no customer service. I looked everywhere for a number to call regarding my VERY late order. After a month of waiting I had to contact them someway and found an email. I emailed them three separate times and never received a response. My fourth email I demanded a refund. They responded to that and said my order was on backorder. I understand that this happens but this was never communicated to me. I was told I need to watch the order status for updates. I check daily and it constantly states preparing for shipment but never shipped. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. That was three days ago and I have not heard back or received a refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER give them any of my hard earned money again. Stay away!

Ordered two bottles of juice. A 12mg and a 6mg one. 12mg showed up but was 3mg. Other one never came, turns out they had none. Never told me, refused to refund.

My items were back ordered for almost a month. When I didn't receive the order in a couple of weeks, I contacted the company and was told the items were out of stock and back ordered (NOTE: they'd already deducted the payment from my checking account). When asked if I could purchase something they had in stock, nothing I wanted was in stock. I finally got an email from someone in Customer Service (Chris) who said they had one package of something and asked if I wanted it. When I wrote to him to authorize the purchase and asked him to send it, he never got back to me. Then, when the back ordered items FINALLY I arrived in the warehouse and were ready to be shipped, they tried to bill me for the purchase AGAIN! Not happy.

Direct Vapor makes it very difficult to cancel a subscription. You have to talk to them over the phone. Don't fall for their stupid subscription bonuses. Shop somewhere else!

I get it. They are the number one rated online vape company. I had nothing but problems. I get it. Things happen, but to me it's how the problem is handled. Only 2 times out of the 15 times I called did I speak to someone that actually cared about all the problems I've been having. 80 % of the time I felt like I was the one bothering them. The reps that answered the phone made me feel like they couldn't wait to get me of off the phone. Horrible way to treat customers. Thank God for the 2 reps that were nice, or my problems would never have been rectified. Plus it seems they don't mind sending you a million emails of all their great deals. However, my emails I sent them complaining of my issues. Again only 20% of the time that responded to my emails. I'm not going to bore you of all the problems I had. But to let you guys know how they handle it is something I know you customers would want to know.

I was notified that my order was delivered, but someone was home all day and no package ever arrived at my residence. I filed a complaint through their website with no contact from the company.

Read all past reviews and you will see that my problem that is the same as all others. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Carrier has had my package for 10 days and has not attempted to deliver.

Ordered apr 19, told 3-8 days. Called April 28, told 3-8 days. It's March 12th and nothing yet, besides being "recieved by carrier" in my city, omaha, 3 separate times. Very disappointed, ordered from a more reputable source.

So when purchasing i get a 3-8 business day estimate period. However after waiting over 10 business days and the shipment status is still awaiting carrier. So i call directvapor an got terrible customer service stating that if i would have scrolled further on the status i would have seen the claim that the government forces them to use small carriers. However the notice still claims 9 %90 of orders are received 3-8 business days or 10 the latest. Yet the customer service stated there is no telling when it will be deliverred since it left there facility an i cannot contact their shipper. If they where an honest business they would state this in the order process not highlight 3-8 days only to blame other parties when they are well aware this is an issue. I most certainly would have ordered from a more dependable or at least organized source. Preferably one with better customer service although im sure that wont be hard to find.

After having already waiting over ten business days I am no being told that I have received my purchase. Whatever Direct Vapor was, i cannot say. & what they truly are now, I can only speculate, but from all of the reviews I've seen and my own experience, Direct Vapor is nothing but a scam, pure & simple. I hope & pray, that other potential purchasers will have the opportunity to read these reviews before wasting their money on something they're not gonna receive. Some of us can pull the money back from the brink & get their money back. I don't know how many financial institutions will do this, but I believe many of us can recoup their money, if they are willing to have their accounts be reset. I myself am too integrated into. the system to do that myself. I pray that we can & somehow break this scam up before too many others get caught in their trap & be inn the same boat as we are. I never received my order. I'm not sure that it had or was gonna ever be shipped. Direct Vapor told me that it was delivered & that I had signed for it according to the courier. I that were the case they must have let anyone on the street sign for it. I was at the delivery address before, during & after the time they say they delivered it. I don't believe there is a courier. I know that there are millions of great people who are legitimate business people, but Direct Vapor is a big stain on all of our hats.

Package never arrived. Delivery company claimed that they delivered and I signed for package. Neither is true. We have a ring camera. They never even attempted delivery.

Ordered the first time on Feb 13th never received then on March 16th they sent me a reorder but it seems like it will end the same way no updates nothing. What a waist of time and money

Just want to add my review of how frustrating this company is when it comes to customer service. I too have been waiting nearly a month for my order only to be told time and time again that "it's been shipped" only for their "shipping partner" to say that they're awaiting the package. Sorry I wasted my time and money.

Been waiting on my order to arrive or at least for the shipping info to update for 20 days. It’s worse than ordering something that ships from china. I’ve emailed a couple times asking about my order with no response. They have good prices but the shipping and customer service is terrible. Would not recommend anyone to buy from directvapor.

I've been waiting for my order since March 2nd. No one wants to help, told me to wait for a month and then we can see what can be done. Why should I wait a month for customer service? lol I just want to know where my order is and when I will get it. I filed a claim and was told I'd hear back in 3-5 business days. That timeframe has passed and I have heard nothing. Can't answer the questions about delivery because that's literally the problem, don't have it

These guys used to be phenomenal but the last two orders have been a nightmare. Im located in Florida and so are they. Usually when I order it was to me 5 or 6 days at most. The last two orders i waited OVER a week and their tracking keeps saying "awaiting carrier pickup". Now any normal person would take from that the order has not been dropped off at the post office/carrier never picked it up but they are trying to tell me they gave the package out already. I asked to speak with a manager, i called multiple times to no avail. In fact the rep was straight nasty and hung up on me after i called the 3rd day in a row asking what happened. Now its been 3 weeks and they havent refunded me or reshipped as per their policy you have to wait 30 days after the 6-8 days shipping time and 2-3 days processing. So in the meantime im waiting 40 something days just to get it reshipped then another 11 days to recieve it?! Absolute nonsense. The last order finally arrived almost a month later and this one is at day 20 something and its still "awaiting carroer pickup" do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
