“This has been the worst experience i have had to endure, especially coming from so far to the store. Firstly placed my order yesterday. 10h30 decided to go collect. Get to your store, the Gentleman at the front woffelling, then takes my order # 3 x and the actual contents which was ordered. After waiting another +-20 min, the lady comes down forgot about the order, Thn he calls another lady, takes a while then they say they dont have stock and called my Husband, probably at the same time I was there LOL. My order was taken on line no problem, then to be told when i get ther no stock with all the incompetance to go with it. wow what must i say, I just walked out as i cannot deal with this ! common man first it was the covid what darn excuses you going to make up now. Just plain lazy and cannot do the job!”

“I was at Dis-chem Verdi earlier today. I needed help so I asked an assistant if she could help me. She said "No I'm helping someone else" ( she and another assistant were both helping a customer choose between 2 products and it was taking quite a while). Then the first assistant whom I'd asked for help looked at me and sauntered off leaving me gaping in her wake. Such rude and dismissive behaviour. It's clearly true that certain racial groups are unwelcome at Dis-Chem. I'll have to find somewhere else to shop. I was very disappointed by this poor attitude.”

“The Dischem application that sends out Drivers for meds delivery is rubbish.
The gps took the Driver to Metropolitan near the N1 Hight way instead of Tygervalley Office park.
I was on the phone with the poor driver for half an hour to just get my meds delivered
not on.
The IT Team must get geared up, or rather use Uber. they are 100 % accurate with delivery.

“I went to Dischem at Jabulani Mall on the 5th Aug 2023, looking for my make up foundation as I had run out. I was assisted by Mmabatho at the make up section and she was amazing! The brand I use was out of stock, but she managed to match my colour to an even better, more budget-friendly brand! I am happy! Her customer service is wonderful and she is a valuable asset there :)”
