“Dischem Gateway are thieves! We bought Gaviscon, a product off the shelf, no script needed. But when we checked our receipt when at home which is 3.5 hours away we see that we were charged a R50 levy. Why? Gaviscon is not a prescription medication. So why were we charged a levy? Utter thievery! Despicable!”

“I received pathetic service after purchasing baby' goodies worth of R2000 and the cashier informed me that since I had bought that much I would get a baby bag.Only to get a call today I cannot get it because I had registered the card after purchase that was the t and c's which was never explained to me and i have been wasting my time everyday trying to load my points.I was then told to buy again something worth R1000 to get the bag.Who does that in this world after I had done a purchase which was said worth of a baby bag.Am very disappointed.”

“I urgently required chronic meds which was out of stock for a while. My regular pharmacy could not assist. I then tried Dischem Foreshore and was assisted by Abel who went out of his way to find what I required. He then handed me over to Jana at Dischem Culemborg who continued with the awesome service. These 2 staff members truly know the meaning of customer service, well done! The good service continued throughout the store when I made additional purchases.”

“Calling Dischem is not fun. You hold on to be connected for 7minutes and once connected they request you to hold and after holding on another 5minutes they disconnect you with no warning. I am trying again however not confident I will be successful for a straightforward question.”

“Placed order for 60 minutes delivery 1between 10am and 11am it is now 12:12 and still now sign of delivery. Dischem should rather not offer a service they can't deliver. When I phoned blame was placed on drivers.”

“I have called Dischem HO 4 times. I have a T5 account and need a statement. Wrong departments. Taken my email 3 times. Cut me off transferring me. I have had nothing but trouble with this T5- find not being allocated, no statements , lost emails etc”

“Dischem Clinic - Durbanville (Wellington Road) False clinic service advertising - they do not assist with babies / toddlers under the age of two. Don't waste your time even going there for a consult.”

“Online delivery service is disgusting and lies. They promise 3-5 days. I placed my order on the 1st, today is the 7th and I still have not received my order. Their excuse is Black Friday back log. What nonsense! You should be better prepared especially because you have made these products available online to be delivered instead of lying to your customers. Also, the SALE ITEMS AREN’T SALE. I checked the some of the same products now and it’s the same price now as it was during black Friday sale.”

“I keep getting horrible service at Dischem Okavango. My meds were pre packed and this is supposed to help you not to wait in a long queue . I got there rang the bell and waited after sometime a lady came and asked if I was attended to I said no so she rang the bell as she was attending to a customer in the queue. 15 minutes later I was still there every now and then someone will say I will attend to you but nobody came. Eventually the First Lady on her way to get meds saw I was still there assisted me . The rest just give you looks and say someone will attend to you. I hope they will jack up their service or stop calling people to pack their meds as this service / no service sucks .”

“I went into the Lambton branch and the young black lady was so professional and helpful, but the Indian woman who was apparently the supervisor refused to speak to me and was so unprofessional (sorry I don't know their names as I was aghast at how badly I was treated). I've been a client since they opened. Yo!!!!”

“Please check on your points system. Not the same any more . Bought items over R1000 rands this month but points only at 100. Bought for R3500 at clicks and got R500 rands off. Dischem used to be spot on. The musgrave branch is really letting you down. My card no. 627329010496259454. Kindly check something not making sense.”

“I want my copies of tax invoices by Steeledale pharmacy,one of the pharmacy was helping me,but when we go threw it there was four of them short,I phone the manager and speak to me very arrogant and said to me some copies can she only print next year,I told her Springbok pharmacy was printing me all the copies double which I ask her,with a smile on their faces,but this is the second time that we was having a problem to deliver my medicine,where se lies when it will be deliver,really look like whites are no more welcome in Dischem,I phone Zandile to help me to get the four copies,she also come with stories when I report it,suddenly I must fill in a concent form in?for what they give me by Springbok and Steeledale the copy's,but now suddenly they just want to give me grief, this is really unprofessional, from now on I rather go to clicks,only sorry for Springbok who give me excellent service,,”

“Disgusting service from Mall Of Africa Dispensary. Not worthy of the 1 star I have to give. Dischem are all about money and not about service. Like they don't have enough! Absolutely disgusting, under qualified staff. No pharmacist with a so called degree can be as stupid as the the one at Mall Of Africa. To think I believe his lies!!!”

“The convenant ❤️.. I went to the Dicherm Birchrest, oh boy, the clinic service was amazing. I didn't wait in a lpng queue, I only waited few minutes and I was seen by the nurse. Even had an online consultation with a DR. Oh boy❤️❤️❤️ I would do this over and over again... I am honestly happy with the service.”

“Shame on you guys for taking advantage of peoples health to get more sales through your door .You need to stop sending cryptic messages on our phones to call you about "our meds " with reference numbers .Firstly imagine the distress of some one receiving this message and they cant call the call center .The call alone comes at a cost - the cheek !! .The media is rife with food poisoning and food recalls. and this is enough to send anyone off a cliff .Secondly its also an an invasion of patient health privacy .Call center agents are not wellness or health practitioners yet they sit with patient medication details ,they don't have the techniques to deliver any hopeful message .They are employed to chase a financial target . Get a better humane strategy to reach and keep clients healthy .”
