“Dischem Whale Coast Mall has just the best staff delivering on excellent service delivery! They always go the extra mile running back to fetch something while you pay at the cashiers and always make arrangements for their clients. Thank you team, you are the best!”

“I ordered a product online and did not receive the sms confirmation that the product was available for collection. I was told at the store there was no alternative way they would allow me to collect and must have that sms. I logged this issue on their on site form and was telephoned and told they do not re send the sms leaving only an option to cancel. I was told an email would be sent which in fact did not happen. I then received a email the following day stating the item was now marked as collected. I telephoned the shop and they connected me with the department that manages the online orders. The person was very rude and difficult. I explained that all the store and organizations involved had provided me with was a notification that the item is collected. I had noting to show I was due a refund. The lady preceeded to anounciate at me and interrupt me. In the end she was not at all helpful or understanding and she put the phone down on me. I never received anything stating the order was cancelled or that I was due a refund. I was thankfully refunded strangely without a request for banking details. I will never use the on line order system again and I recommend you do the same. No customer service and no customer confidence.”

“On friday 19th July 2024 i got the call from dischem by the lady who called Mathapelo she didn't say which dischem she is calling from ,she advise me to fetch a baby bag..On Sunday 21st July went to clearwater because i did mention that i will collect my baby bag there at clearwater mall because nearby where i stay ..i got a bad service from Nomsa and Michael the store manager ,Nomsa was advising me that she won't give me the baby bag i must go and collect it at midrand ,i advise her that i am not staying there and its far from where i stay she said its not her problem and she wont request for the bag to be transferred this side i must make plan to fetch it with an attitude then requested to speak with the manager Michael he was also rude towards me telling me that Nomsa says the bag is allocated for someone who is not even at store while i am at the store ..they say that because last purchase was at midrand that why the bag was allocated to midrand and when i was registering for the bag the terms and condition didn't mention that ..i said the store Manager if last purchase was at Durban it mean i was suppose to fetch it there he failed to answer me .. I am truly disappointed by Clearwater dischem.. The store manager was racist if it was white person that bag was going to being gaven..I am hurt, never thought i will get bad service..After spending money there to qualify for that bag then i get such a service”

“Table Bay Dis -Chem. Pharmacist: Corine Howard Yet again, Corine was extremely helpful, professional and competent. Her attention to detail, communication and thorough approach when processing our requests, scripts and the dispensing of our extended supply of medication were all very reassuring and much appreciated. “Dis-chem Lambton Gardens gave my husband half my script, indicating that is was the last repeat. Yet, my doctor gave a new script. Then my husband went to Dis-Chem The Reef and the dispenser put a sticker on prexum 5mg as prexum plus. This is not only gross negligence with medicine, but a costly exercise as we now have to go back to get Prexum Plus. 3 trips due gross incompetence. I will be taking my business elsewhere.”

“Dischem those throw overs you are selling as heat holders are not anywhere near that. They are cold just like a normal sheet. You are deceiving people in the name of heat holders. Why did you change the quality from the old ones?”

“Another zio-owned store that despises Whites and has a racist policy not to employ Whites. Utterly vile. Hope they go under. The ceo needs to be strung up in the town square so we can pelt him with rotten tomatoes and eggs. Discrimination is soo last year, get with the pogrom.”

“1. The registration option is not working!! 2. If you continue as a guest, the address field is fully updating is only displays a part of the address. THIS IS A BASIC PROcESS! To Capture an order and add an Address line. Fix your application Dischem!!!!!”

“Your new App is not working! The user experience is terrible! I normally ordered twice a month from your app and after you changed your app I did not order for the last 5 months. I am sure it is not just me. You are loosing business! Terrible experience!!!”

“I am so glad I kept my till slip so I can share what amazing service I got from Sifiso Mbokazi at the till in Woodburn Square in Pietermaritzburg. I always present my Dis- Chem card. He was the first and only one to tell me my card was not registered and took it to the lady who was going to help me with registration and she was also amazing. The cashier could have kept quiet and moved on to the next customer, like all the cashiers did all these years. I felt like a valuable customer. Even while shopping in the isles, there was always someone asking if I needed any help. One of the ladies actually left her isle to take the item from the shelf where I had searched before and gave it to me. ( I have poor eyesight, but can always spot great customer service). Keep it up ladies and gentleman. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. 🙏 God bless your hearts and souls.”

“I was harassed, humiliated, threatened, and victimized in your Dis-Chem store. Upon entering, the security already singled me out with rude comments. After paying, I was stopped by another security guard and told that I was going to be searched. In front of other customers, he threatened me, claiming he had seen me shoplifting on camera. After a traumatizing experience and a completed search, the manager told me that the item I had put in my bag was my cellphone, which I had answered during my visit to the store. I have complained, but it seems my concerns are dismissed; it is apparently acceptable for customers to be humiliated. I must just forget it happened and consider the issue closed. Disgusting customer care, Dis-Chem, you should be ashamed!”
