“I phoned yesterday just after 2pm to book an appointment for today at 1pm at Park Meadows. I asked for the lady to check if the Vitamin B complete injection was available for the appointment. I was told someone would phone shortly. I am still waiting for the call back???? The appointment was not made and now they are full for today. Judge for yourself.....”

“The staff at Mmabatho megacity can't write read or spell. Who on earth is in charge?! Who on earth allows these illiterates to work there!?!? It's like trying to pull teeth and very frustrating and exasperating. Goodbye Dischem hello clicks.”

“Was called to say I can collect my script medicine. I was clear it needed to be Killarney but they sent to rosebank. Now I must go elsewhere to get it. Sorry taking my scripts back and done for good.”

“Delivery is always a nightmare! Every single time dischem drivers are given the wrong address. I’ve emailed them countless times and receive assurances that the problem is sorted only to have the exact same problem with the next delivery.”

“I was at Dis-chem Verdi earlier today. I needed help so I asked an assistant if she could help me. She said "No I'm helping someone else" ( she and another assistant were both helping a customer choose between 2 products and it was taking quite a while). Then the first assistant whom I'd asked for help looked at me and sauntered off leaving me gaping in her wake. Such rude and dismissive behaviour. It's clearly true that certain racial groups are unwelcome at Dis-Chem. I'll have to find somewhere else to shop. I was very disappointed by this poor attitude.”

“Sadly Dischem is a racist organisation, so I have stopped shopping there and will never EVER support them again. I also actively warn all my family and friends who don't know about the racism at Dischem, to also not support them. Dischem should have thought twice about choosing not to hire white people before they made a stupid decision like that!”

“Drastic price increase for 500ml Apple Cider Vinegar (Nature's choice I think)...now R27.50 + Dentalmate 50 m floss...now R29.50. These items are locally produced...can't understand the huge price difference 😳”

“Ordering medication online is always a mission. Never receive Ozow links to make payment. Medication is always delivered a day or two late. When medication is delivered, it is just thrown over the gate at home. So tired of unprofessional service!!”

“The Dischem application that sends out Drivers for meds delivery is rubbish. The gps took the Driver to Metropolitan near the N1 Hight way instead of Tygervalley Office park. I was on the phone with the poor driver for half an hour to just get my meds delivered not on. The IT Team must get geared up, or rather use Uber. they are 100 % accurate with delivery. I am a very unhappy customer :-(”

“Dischem Head Office, is there any chance that you can PLEASE recruit more pharmacists or assistant pharmacists at the Blue Crane, Meyersdal Dischem pharmacy. We are really tired of waiting in long queues to just obtain medication from self-medication counters. Is this fair to wait 25 - 30 minutes to be assisted? Highly frustrated and disappointed customer”

“I went to Dischem at Jabulani Mall on the 5th Aug 2023, looking for my make up foundation as I had run out. I was assisted by Mmabatho at the make up section and she was amazing! The brand I use was out of stock, but she managed to match my colour to an even better, more budget-friendly brand! I am happy! Her customer service is wonderful and she is a valuable asset there :)”
