I have ordered and paid for goods online, which they have acknowledged, but after 6 days I have had no response from them, even after submitting a query on their website on day 4 enquiring what the problem is. They do not even bother to respond to this query.”

Then online it says available, you place an order then few days to be told its not available while it still shows available online. Two of the shops the item shows online but when i call to confirm they are out of stock for the same product. Why are you not updating products online. Dermopal Sunscreen shows available online and in store in most shops but dololo! stock.”

“I had an order made on Monday evening on Thursday when I called the customer care I got 2 different informations. I got an sms on Tuesday saying my parcel is with the courier guys. On Friday when I called back I had still not received my parcel and it was only then dispatched to the courier guys.
They online service it’s not reliable at all.”

“I took my baby for her routine vaccine to pavilion Dis-Chem at 9am and as I get there another lady is sitting and also waiting for a 9 am appointment for a covid test with only one nurse working now how does that work ?? I was so worried and on edge the entire time , how are vivid tested being done in the same clinic as children being vaccinated I found that completely ridiculous and will not be taking my baby back to a did hem pharmacy !!”

“Your app is really a pain to use. The ticking of the products once trying to conclude is confusing and nonsensical. Then if you happen to close the app before actually paying you lose your whole basket. It's slow and sluggish in between as well. Why are some simple items not available for delivery. So what's the use of the delivery system if you have to collect some items.
Why is your chronic meds not on the app for you to order when needed. Very confusing and frustrating. Then whoever answers the phone(if you lucky) I can never get the correct medication. The service could really do with some improvement. Great idea but poorly executed. Not user friendly at all.”
