“Your app is really a pain to use. The ticking of the products once trying to conclude is confusing and nonsensical. Then if you happen to close the app before actually paying you lose your whole basket. It's slow and sluggish in between as well. Why are some simple items not available for delivery. So what's the use of the delivery system if you have to collect some items.
Why is your chronic meds not on the app for you to order when needed. Very confusing and frustrating. Then whoever answers the phone(if you lucky) I can never get the correct medication. The service could really do with some improvement. Great idea but poorly executed. Not user friendly at all.”

Then I have ordered meds twice and both times I am told driver had a puncture when I call again James says it wasn't a puncture the drivers were overwhelmed, one never expects lies”
“Maybe try to answer phones when calling and when getting told you will phone back never got phoned back poor poor service tried the WhatsApp number for delivery and also tried mail no response still waiting for me medicine phoned centrum pharmacy once and got my medicine within an hour delivered to my door! I'm sorry I ever went to dischem this is not the first time previous time I send a script when I phoned they told me no stock and never responded when I asked for generic pathetic is all I can say!!!!!”
“I was at Dischem Willowbridge twice in 7 days. The first time the queue at the dispensary was very slow and did not move untill I asked the manageress if the customers waiting to be served were merely an interruption to the pharmacists who appeared to be very busy with more important tasks. I bought 30 Theophylline tablets. The next time at the dispensary it was the same story with the queue. But the pharmacist told me that Dischem Willowbridge "do not open packs to dispense a lesser quantity". Yet the previous time I was there they did exactly that. I have already moved my chronic prescription from Dischem Willowbridge because of the seemingly unsolvable queue issues.”
“I bought a pack of 4 of your SOFTI tissues in the boxes. Every time I go to grab a tissue more than one comes out because the tissues have no been cut properly. It’s not a huge issue but it’s an issue that I think needs to be sorted, it is really annoying when you go to grab one tissue and like 4 come out at once because they are not cut properly.”
