“The delivery came fast, and the products were the ones I ordered. Just a little bit disappointed with one of the coffees I ordered. The BBE shows January 2022 when it was already ordered in February. It is not a big deal, but when you buy something that is on sale is not because the expiration date has already passed.”

“For a seemingly Irish company ( .ie and my confirmation had an Irish number) I was very confused to see a British number ring my phone. With all the scams these days I didn't answer but it seems it was you guys. I understand why you may not do it but I wouldve rather had my missing bottle substituted than just refunded and still pay the full shipping for half the order, or better yet if I could buy it why wasn't it actually available. The order did come quickly which is a positive but if I'm buying from a .ie website it's because I want it to be Irish”

“Good service prompt. Wish they had more options. Unfortunately the Toasted Marshmallow syrup and the Honey syrup by Simply Syrups don't add flavour to coffee and instead just sweeten it which is a shame. I won't be buying them again.”

“Sadly for first time my order was mixed up and wrong product delivered When trying to sort it Company response was slow and then stock requested was unavailable Alternative product was delivered but that lost a week for Customer to enjoy it This may happen only the odd time BUT please never make the Customer responsible as that loses business”
