“I like discountcoffee.ie, the selection of coffee and the speed of delivery. I do not like how their website can be deceiving by showing pictures of but 3 get one free. I recently purchased 3 French roast because they had a photo in the French roast coffee but never received the free bag. Deliberately misleading.”

“I’m a barista and we’re experimenting with various coffee blends. We needed decaff in a hurry but the wrong coffee was sent. Even after sending the customer service person photos of the incorrect order along with my invoice where my order was spelled out, she was convinced it was the correct order. I had to speak to a gentleman on the phone who was very obliging and organised a pick-up and drop-off of the correct order while the customer service lady was still convinced there was no mistake. As a first- time customer, we are a little hesitant to deal with them again and are not sure that the coffee quality and taste is worth the savings. Nice to try something new though and taste is subjective.”

“I always order my coffee syrups here and recently I wasn't too happy with my purchase. Bought 4 liters of french vanilla syrup for a year supply but they're all going to expire in April 2023 same expiration of the syrups I purchased last year. A bit disappointed.”

“Coffee tastes good. This is the second purchase from your website. Second delivery was super fast! However, the box was badly damaged upon delivery. Would consider changing the packaging boxes.”

“Great product and fast delivery, but the packaging was a huge box full of shredded cardboard for a tiny item I bought. I do not like package waste at all. I would not be inclined to buy again because of the package waste.”

“The delivery came fast, and the products were the ones I ordered. Just a little bit disappointed with one of the coffees I ordered. The BBE shows January 2022 when it was already ordered in February. It is not a big deal, but when you buy something that is on sale is not because the expiration date has already passed.”

“For a seemingly Irish company ( .ie and my confirmation had an Irish number) I was very confused to see a British number ring my phone. With all the scams these days I didn't answer but it seems it was you guys. I understand why you may not do it but I wouldve rather had my missing bottle substituted than just refunded and still pay the full shipping for half the order, or better yet if I could buy it why wasn't it actually available. The order did come quickly which is a positive but if I'm buying from a .ie website it's because I want it to be Irish”
