“As a company everything seems good and fairly easy to order from but I have to say I was disappointed with the taste of the beans. I don’t know whether it just wasn’t the bag for me but I’m not sure if I would order again from you. The date of roasting would be nice to see in on the bags too...”

“I don't have an issue with the company as the order was delivered as promised. I'm not used to grinding the beans and it's a bit hit and miss to the strength of the coffee. It would be great if you sold it ground.”

“Perhaps the pods are fine for official senseo machines, but they didn't work with my Hamilton Beach one-cup machine (senseo compatible) - the coffee was very weak and this is not the fault of the amount of coffee in the pods, you could see that the water filtered through differently and didn't soak through the coffee.”

“What I would expect from this service but the link to track my order just brought me to the main website. No address provided on the website so it seems a bit dodgy and If there was an address provided, it wasn’t clear enough. The weirdest part was the price before tax and after tax was the same, does that mean I didn’t pay the tax on the order because that is illegal.”

Hi there, There is no sales tax on commodities such as coffee. No laws were broken. In regards to your issues with tracking your order, this is handled via our courier, DPD. “Would have been good except for the postage which was very high for coffee despached from Northern Ireland I received coffee posted in the Netherlands for €3.99 which was much lower than the €6.99 charged by you”

“Everything is okay except for the price which, given the amount I purchase, is too expensive. whether I buy 1 box (of 16 pods) or 10 boxes there is no price difference per box. Whether I buy once or 6 times per yeasr there is no price difference.”

“Well they have the syrup, just add to basket and pay! Simple! Plus they use Dpd easier to talk to and courteous couriers. If there is an option to collect that be nice too.”

“It will probably make me happy when I receive it! For reasons unknown, somebody in your company, changed the address as a result I am still waiting. I stayed home on Friday awaiting delivery but can not guarantee that I will be home the following days!”
