“I ordered the ‘Simply’ brand hazelnut flavouring (which I prefer) but received Monin instead. Also some incorrect coding meant that your email called me “a:hover” instead of my name (Niall O’Keeffe).”

“Great products and prices but so much plastic packaging comes with the orders. An eco friendly alternative would be much better”

“The pump I bought for the monin syrup works great. However, the packaging was so bad. The exterior of the box was in bad shape, and you could see the interior of the box. The wrapping of the pump was bad inside, literally just the pump within the box with no paper etc. Overall 3/5”

“Delighted with the swift delivery. However, I do think there’s an awful lot of packaging wastage with the individual wrapping of the pads. As for the coffee, a lot weaker than I’d like - would be interested to hear of any stronger blend you may have.”

“The coffee is good and it came quickly, however it was delivered to a house up the road from me. My neighbour had to call me to tell me to come and collect it. Not ideal in these times. Also, there is an eircode that pin points the location of the house...”

“Great price, delivery speed excellent, very fresh beans. However one of my three packs arrived with a burst seam which is disappointing and had a large bean spill when I removed that pack from the box.”

“Service Excellent, Next Day Delivery. I ordered 50 60g pure roast coffee (Colombian supremo) I am using in an Aeropress. Using the measuring Cup that I have with Aeropress but may need more of these ground coffee for more flavour, so jury still out!”

“Happy with products but extremely unhappy with the amount of plastic in the packaging. Obviously its not easy shopping glass bottle containers but a cardboard box absolutely jam packed with bubble wrap is not the answer. Will not he ordering from you again for this reason.”

“Poor delivery as it said it would come deliver my products yesterday, but it just come in today! Also poor expiry date for some products. Use within six months is too short dates for me unlike another that has best expiry date twelve months and more.”
