“I am usually very satisfied with discountcoffee.ie. However, I am quite disappointed with my most recent order. While the coffee quality is, as always, excellent, the delivery time was unacceptable. I urge you to remove your marketing claim that states you deliver coffee the next business day, as that is untrue.”

“Always fast delivery and thats why got a small order as i had run out. But sorry yo say can get cheaper from other company but take a bit longer to arrive.. i normally tend to buy a few1 kg bags of the cheaper blend and a few of the better ones and mix and match a bit. .”

“I'm seriously disappointed with the flavour of the "Wanted" Columbian 100% Arabica coffee. I found it a bitter coffee that left a lingering bitter aftertaste. It was hard to accept that it was an Arabica coffee. The "Ille" coffee is smooth and delightful, as expected. The efficiency of Discount Coffe.ie is extremely good and for that I give them top marks.”

“Normally used to get discount codes. Not pleased with their recent service as they have increased their prices and charge for delivery on top. When bulk buying like myself I think discount codes should still be applicable.”

“Very quick delivery. Bottles of syrup very good. However, I ordered a syrup pump ( which gave no indication of size or capacity on the web shop page) plus 2 x one litre bottles of syrup. The syrup pump I was sent was for a 75 CL bottle. Surely you could have sent a syrup pump with one litre capacity with one litre capacity syrup bottles????”

“I was forwarded an incorrect order recently and would have thought that an apology was in order ! I had hoped to use ready - crumbed biscoff biscuits in desserts this weekend but had to make the biscoff crumbs myself. Quite a long time consumed when one has to make 3 bases for cheesecakes. I have ordered this food item from you before and have found you very satisfactory but on this occasion not so. It was however a minor inconvenience. Replacement has not arrived YET !!”

“The syrup is of good quality and the order arrived fairly quickly, but unfortunately part of the order was incorrect. I asked for 25cl Chocolate syrup and received 25cl Caramel syrup.”
