“We buy Discount Coffee for work, and enjoy it immensely. I do find it somewhat disappointing however that special offers are available on a limited basis, and that there doesn't seem to be any loyalty scheme in place.”

“I order coffee and the speed and quality were fantastic. Unfortunately there was an item missing. My order included a buy 1 get 1 free offer on the signature blend and I only received one of these which was very disappointing. Could have been a perfect but short changing a customer for a Kg of coffee is poor”

“Hi there I had a problem with the packaging when delivered the boxes were in a bad way resulting in some of the lids being damaged approx20-30 in one package and 10-20 in another,the straps were almost off the boxes just kinda bad really.”

“I bought the variety package of pods, I normally buy Nespresso pods, I don't think the coffee tastes as smooth, I would rate it similar to lidl pods, the courier left the package at my door at front of the house as there was no one in, my neighbour was in and I would have expected the package to be signed for, anyone could have taken the package, I would not buy again as disappointed with the quality,”

“The coffee, as always, was very good. However, the other non-coffee items we bought were very very close to being out of date - only a few weeks - and covered in quite a bit of dust. (I'd guess they don't sell some of their syrups, and biscuits that often). Overall, I'd return, but only for the coffee.”

“Good Coffee but the price is steadily rising. For the same order the price in 2014 was €30.94 which was good value in 2016 this is €38.09, thats a 26% increase in 2 years.”
