“Everything is okay except for the price which, given the amount I purchase, is too expensive. whether I buy 1 box (of 16 pods) or 10 boxes there is no price difference per box. Whether I buy once or 6 times per yeasr there is no price difference.”

“Well they have the syrup, just add to basket and pay! Simple! Plus they use Dpd easier to talk to and courteous couriers. If there is an option to collect that be nice too.”

“It will probably make me happy when I receive it! For reasons unknown, somebody in your company, changed the address as a result I am still waiting. I stayed home on Friday awaiting delivery but can not guarantee that I will be home the following days!”

“Changed the delivery date but it delivered on the same day that i have changed from.luckly i just came home and able to receive it.And the price should show the vat. On the first page so we dont get any surprises ie. Vat. at the end of the order. Thanks”

“We buy Discount Coffee for work, and enjoy it immensely. I do find it somewhat disappointing however that special offers are available on a limited basis, and that there doesn't seem to be any loyalty scheme in place.”
