“I ordered two tetra quality Displates. There was an issue with signing me up for the newsletter and getting the 30% discount code, but the customer service acted quickly and provided me with one making me save about 60€ on the order. The shipping is expensive, but comes with tracking. My shipment came from Poland and was delievered the original date they sent me. DHL provided me an earlier delievery date they couldn't uphold, though. The tetra design is more subtle than I anticipated looking at the 3D model on the homepage. The art and colours look good. The size ordered comes with two leaves and magnets, however, the instruction says not to put on uneven surfaces, so I contacted the support again waiting for their opinion on my woodchip wallpaper. Would have been nice to see these instrucions more prominently before on my first order, so I could have prepared the wall in the spots that I want to hang the displate as it would have saved time. Nevertheless, I am still very happy about the delievered product and am looking forward to hang it up on the wall.”
