Very happy with our Displate, one of ours arrived damaged so I contacted support and provided pictures and we were promptly re-sent a new one with no fuss. Great service and we love all 6 of our displates and will be ordering more in the future.

Amazing service and fantastic products. I bought two displates (one Witcher 3 and one Cyberpunk 2077) then I bought a Ghost of Tsushima to complete my office wall. Sadly, the delivery service bent my GoT one. I contacted Displate and explained what happened upon opening it. They agreed to dispatch a new one and apologised for my experience (even when it’s not their fault but the delivery company’s). Absolute bench mark of customer service. 10/10 would recommend the product and I trust anyone can appreciate the level of care of their customer service.

I ordered a poster for my grandson. Oh, that sounds too simple. From the beginning, this shop and staff have been incredible at keeping me informed of the order, with kind and funny caring words. The poster arrived so quickly and it was everything and more my grandson wanted. Fantastic shop to purchase but also just as great for customer care, support and joy!

Support team was great. We were missing a sticker and magnet for a 2nd plate in our box. They got the missing parts out to us super fast. Problem solved. Well done Displate for being committed to putting it right!

Honestly some of the best customer service I've received I think ever. Legit no questions or hassle when I showed a damaged poster just sent a new copy of both. Got to keep the old ones too as a plus. Definitely worth considering if you were thinking of ordering from them.

Dear Displate customer service team, Ewelina was very friendly, helpful, & efficient when dealing with my damaged order. The process to send details & pictures of the damage was easy & streamlined, & my new order arrived incredibly quickly allowing me to still use the items I ordered for Christmas gifts. One piece of advice I would give to you is to put the artwork boxes in another box to ship instead of in an envelope, especially for items shipping to the US. My replacement order arrived with transit damage also (envelope was torn, stained, shredded), but fortunately only a small bit of damage transferred through to my art this time. The damage was small enough for me to touch up or ignore. FedEx is notorious for mishandling & misdelivering packages regularly in my area. I worked for UPS for 30 years in various departments including Int’l auditing, damage control/rewrap, multiple positions within the hub/warehouse, & as a package delivery driver for the majority of my employment. I’ve also been a seller/buyer on eBay for 22 years, so I’ve seen, heard, & dealt with just about everything you can imagine in the shipping world. I know it’s more costly to use shipping boxes vs envelopes, but it would most likely cut down on the amount of replacements you’d need to send out in certain areas. With that being said, your company & employees have provided the best customer service I’ve ever received, & I have already referred you to several people & will continue to do so. I plan to purchase more items from you in the future, & look forward to dealing with you again!! The artwork I received was gorgeous, & made the recipients extremely happy! Happy New Year! A special Displate Christmas present was apparently lost by the shipper after reaching the US. After a really frustrating try at working with the shipper, I reached out to Displate. They immediately reprinted the Displate and this time it made to my house and in time for Christmas, too. The process was easy, efficient and a pleasure. I'm very satisfied with their service.

I wanted help from the support service you had and you really helped thanks for letting me know about my orders if they are shiped and if i succesfully canceled my order. Extremely happy with Displate, our first order ourselves (we normally get them as gifts from family and friends). Sadly it was wrongly delivered, but Displate send us replacements right away, and used a different courier, and we received it just before Christmas. So extremely happy with the service, and the quality as always is top notch.

Just wanted to thank the Displate team for an awesome product and great customer service! Over the holiday I had issues with the shipping of the Displate that the customer team was able to figure out for me and kept me in the loop while the shipment was eventually made! I have in the living room hung up down and it looks great. Thanks again!

We ordered a poster for Christmas and the shipping company bent a d damaged the product upon delivery. I immediately contacted Displate and responded immediately and had a course of action to rectify the problem. They are in the process of sending a new item at no cost and even will take care of shipping costs if any. Great customer service, professional and nice people! We now are a repeat customer and will be purchasing additional posters in the future. I also spread the word to family and friends of the wonderful service and products.

Received a displated and noticed an error in the art piece itself. Displate refunded it, no hassle. Reps were kind, the art is gorgeous on my wall, will order again at some point!
