Very fast and friendly support. Even the chatbot immediately understood what I was trying to say. It independently created a support ticket in which my issue was described clearly and precisely. The support staff then responded very quickly and in a friendly manner and were able to help me resolve my problem.

The picture came bent and although it hasn’t arrived yet they were very helpful in getting the damaged (from shipping) picture replaced.

I have bought a few displates before and they look amazing in my home. When I received a bent displate, the company was able to send me a new displate, no issues, no arguing, we agreed it was bent and they sent me a new one.

I made a mistake with the delivery address and Displate emailed on several occasions to confirm the address. However I don't check my emails on a regular basis. When I didn't get back to them they refunded my payment! 10 out of 10 to Displate!

You guys did a good job in replacing the damaged articles quickly, and managed to actually get the replacements to me before I left from the vacation where I had gifted them to friends. I was very pleased to be able to get them. The poster without damage before I left. And I greatly appreciate the direct replacement without requiring me to send back the damaged goods.

Excellent support. Package was damage during transport. Due to excellent and rapid support, it was replaced and my son have now his present. Amazing product.

Excellent support. Package was lost in the mail and Displate did their due diligence and took care of this immediately. I was able to give my husband his birthday gift before the month was over. Couldn’t be happier and the end product for my custom displate came out amazing! 10/10!

Part of my order had been lost during delivery. I contacted the support team, who were extremely helpful and reactive. The issue was quickly resolved, and I thank the team for the nice gesture as apology for the inconvenience.

Made a mistake on my order. Reordered with the finish I initially wanted. Support was very helpful in cancelling the initial order. Looking forward to my new Textra Displates.
