“I had to follow up on my inquiry, and it took about 6 days to get a response. In the end the Displate I was interested in had a production defect where there were two thick white stripes on the graphic on the vertical sides. I never did get an answer if the plate could be printed correctly. However, the customer service rep was kind and did eventually respond so I am still giving a 5-star review because it was the holiday rush and that I was deferred rather than spending the money and having to return the Displate if there was an issue. I will say that I have ordered approximately 20+ Displates to date and never had an issue with any of the other orders.”
