“I bought all types of Displates over the last years.
The Matte/Gloss are just staples - do the job of decorating the house in a quirky and different way that the general stuff one finds on the internet. It's super easy to put them up with the mounting system, and stay strong on very flat walls. However if the wall has some structure or the room changes temperature often (kitchen/bathroom), better to nail the magnet to the wall and prevent falling.
The actual print is very vibrant, and color doesn't fade at all, even in very bright areas (sun light).
After some time though, matte was just too basic in comparison to Textra - which make the thing a whole different one with the 3D printing. LEs, some of them are epic, and really collectible, as the secondary market is often over MSRP.
Would highly recommend, especially when on promotion, as the price is a bit too high (got higher over the years, though the product is the same. First one I got I think it was $39, for a matte, now it's what, almost $50!)”
