“the display looks great but if you look at it, it tips over, very top heavy and NO weight on the bottom will most likely be returning it and for cardboard, it was very expensive.”

“Mostly it was everything they said, however the CDs slide right off the shelves and they need a lip to keep CDs on the shelf. While one can raise the back ones up enough to keep them on top, the bottom shelf comes without a front panel and so there is no way to keep the CDs from falling off the shelf. Otherwise it is a very viable nice looking product, just needs more in the way of functionality!”

“I order 3 frames. One large 2 smalls. The large one had a minor issue with the protective lens and I contacted the customer service representative. Sharon H. helped me resolved my issue quickly and easily. I am very happy with the product, the clip system is so easy to use, this is a no brainer vs other frames I have used before. Also, I have used the 3M scratch product to hang all my 3 frames and it is a great solution if you don't want to make any hole in the wall. Special thanks to Sharon who was patient and customer oriented (she was awesome)!”

“Shipped fast... Not packed very well and the manufacturing process was a bit off, and instructions are almost useless. I was able to do my best (with a struggle) to interpret the instructions. I was able to drill a hole to fix the manufacturing misalignment and I was able to locate all of the screws that were torn free from the bag they were in, scattered throughout the box and the folds in the box. Nothing holds the shelves in place but gravity. But they did ship it fast and charged a fair price.”

“I ordered a 40X13 1/2 frame. That size is very difficult to find. The frame arrived in only 2 days and it was perfect. I couldn't believe how carefully it was packaged. It was so nice that I immediately ordered another one.”
