“We had some damage to my lectern and I contacted Displays2go and spoke with a customer service representative. She asked me to send an email and I did TWICE with pictures and I have heard nothing from your company. I would like to know what is going to be done about the cosmetic damage to the unit I ordered.”

“Previous client with few issues in the past. Ordered a product for OVERNIGHT shipping on Tuesday. After many phone calls, the product finally arrived on the next Monday. Not acceptable in any way, shape or form. After speaking to customer service. Was assured product would arrive on Saturday. Paid an employee to sit at the office all day Saturday, but nothing arrived. TimK The Sound Source Metairie, LA”

“Buy an adjustable height office chair, and you reach down to a lever and adjust. Buy an adjustable height table, and you press a button to raise or lower it. Buy an adjustable height Monitor stand from Displays to go, and you need to remove 4 screw-washer sets from the back after removing the monitor along with two retaining screws, move it up or down a fixed amount, remount the monitor, replace the four mounting sets, then see whether you need to repeat. This is poor product description. Not pleased.”

“The frames I ordered are inexpensive, but NOT lacking in quality. Yes, the cover over the photo is plastic and not glass, but that does not in any fashion deter from the excellent end product. So very happy with them and will definitely order from this company again. Also, the packing is TOP NOTCH! So much padding to ensure a good delivery. Nothing was dented, broken, cracked or otherwise damaged. Super, super product!”

“Looks great around some big Escher prints I found recently. Arrived very quickly! Only problems: when peeling off the protective film, the plastic became a magnet for lint, degaussing tips would be helpful. One of the hanging clips came loose, but super glue worked to keep it in place.”

“My only suggestion is that if someone wants to buy this display cabinet without lights to kindly insist that they purchase the lights. We didn't buy them and now we want to kick ourselves because we can barely see our glass award inscriptions. Thanks, Maude”
