“Displays2go surpasses my expectations with every product I have ordered! when comparing to other suppliers, D2G quality is superior and when it comes to packaging, shipping, and overall quality of products they are the best!! I've only had one minor issue of some things not arriving and once I contacted customer support they IMMEDIATELY sent out replacements without question. in my opinion, even after searching and buying from other suppliers Displays2go can't be beaten!”

“You guys are doing excellent. The customer service we received last couple of times was outstanding. Keep up the good work. But I am looking for 9 to 12 feet long double sided granola selves. If you have please send me the item numbers . I could not find it in your website. Thank you.”

“I recently ordered tri-fold display stands and customer service was excellent, very helpful. When they arrived one was broken. I called customer service and they took care of it. Would not hesitate to order again!”

“The interface for design can be a little buggy, but, overall, it was pretty easy to use. Would like a few more fonts to choose from though. Signs just arrived and they look good - but I'm a little concerned about the packaging. Our box took a hit and one of the signs was exposed, but gratefully, there was no damage. I would feel much better if you used a thicker, sturdier box! It would certainly be worth an additional 5-10% on the pricing.”

“I ordered 6 kitchen chairs, 360 degree rotating, counter height. They arrived promptly and were very easy to assemble. But upon opening the boxes I discovered that one of the chairs was damaged. There are faint blue marks on the white seat that won't come off and small pieces of the chrome plating are chipped off near the base. There is also a small dent in the base itself. It was disappointing. I don't know how that chair made it through the quality control checks, if there are any. The other five chairs were fine. Upon reading this review, I was quickly contacted by Customer Support. They promptly sent me a replacement chair which has already arrived and is in good condition. I have adjusted my rating upwards accordingly.”

“Your production timeline (16 days for Trade show kit) is double that of many of your online competitors. Then, add to this, your design team's communicated (and in practice) response time is up to 48 hours. Absolutely unacceptable in a company that has, on their homepage, the following customer service statement, "We pride ourselves on a large staff of live customer service representatives available to process orders and answer product questions. Our on-site design team can quote and prototype custom POP and retail display concepts in days. Having a source to quickly obtain custom graphics can really help any business excel." Absolutely unacceptable.”

“It came when it was expected and it looks great on the wall. I had to use my own installation hardware (screws, etc.) because the stuff that came with the frame was pretty flimsy. But I think that had something to do with the wall where I installed the frame. It was built in 1955 and is pretty sturdy.”

“I ordered from displays2go for st. Joseph husband of Mary Church for some of our displays when I received it one of the corners was broken I called the 1-800 number and express my concern they said no worries we will send you out a brand new display my display 5 days later and I am very happy to say we are very happy with it and we will be doing business again thank you”

“I have never had them deliver on time. Had to cancel my most recent order b/c they missed the need by date. Used them in 2017 and had the same experience. Proceed with caution and weeks of lead time.”

“I like this stand because it's versatile--components can be mounted in different ways. Plus it includes a power strip and the price is good. Upon assembly I'd say that the major parts seem well made and everything went together fine. The hardware, like screws and washers, and the included tools, are cheap cast parts, but they worked okay. Would I trust at $20K TV on this stand? Maybe not, but for average use it's a good value!”
