“Poor execution of a good idea. We ordered 4 stands. The first stand that we unwrapped, none of the slots fit into the spaces provided. It was difficult/impossible to assemble and it broke when we tried to disassemble it. The other 3 stands worked reasonably well, but when you only get 75% of useful product, it does not sit very well.”

“I unfortunately had to return my screen because I purchased it before my projector and discovered after the fact that the screen was too small to fit the image produced by my projector, even with the image size adjusted downward. None the less, the package arrived very quickly, the product was easy to set up, and the return process was very straightforward and unfussy. I eventually returned my projector as well because I couldn't get the surround sound setup I desired with the connections available on it, and I might decide to just save up money to get a big OLED TV. However, should I decide to do another, better projector setup again in the near future, I wouldn't mind coming back to shop at Displays2go.”

“I responded instantly to a proof that I was sent as the key did not reflect what I was seeing in the proof so I wanted to be certain of the content I was reviewing. After a couple of days I still had no response. I responded again saying I needed to keep the project moving and someone finally responded. It shouldn't have taken days for as simple of an answer as it was immediately after having been forwarded the proof. I'm sure the quality of the project will be great, but the service was poor.”

“Everything in my order was ok. I ordered several items for a trade show. All came in well packed, on time as promised, no complaints. They have very useful stuff for our showroom and trade shows. I can?t say anything but good things about this company.”

“I was very happy with the product but VERY VERY disappointed when I went back 2 weeks later. I wanted to order 30 of the floor sign holders and they were unavailable for 3 months. I really needed these for an event and now we are without great display materials.”

“We ordered these to display our brochures. They will not hold brochures and stay standing. They have all broke in less than a week. Not impressed at all very frustrating. UPDATE: Jennifer with Customer Service followed up immediately and after discovering that the product was faulty issued a full refund. Thanks very much.”

“Item was well beyond expected ! It is very sturdy and has great eye appeal. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it should have had pegs to insert in holes on legs, to help level the bottom rail. Other than that, it is a great item for the price. I would recommend this product to anyone.”

“This most recent purchase was for personal use to put a large screen TV in our exercise room on a Display2go tripod. It works great! It is easy to move around and easy to set up. Great product! Delivery was fast!”
