I'm a co-founder of a software startup, we needed a pop-up display for a conference and Displays2Go was easy to find on the web so we tried them out. Eventually however we went with another company called (external reference) that got us out of the jam Displays2Go put us in. The first let down, but not a deal breaker, was that their prices were high. $2,200 plus they charge another $112 for shipping and that isn't for overnight, it's a typical 3 day service. Meanwhile the other guys we went with were about $600 cheaper and while they didn't offer free shipping they do at least offer more shipping options which helps. Next they made it seem like they had a strong quality control process and pros at what they do by sending us some questions about our graphics and need by date. We provided that and gave a date 18 days out -- plenty of time. From there we were contacted by a Rep, initials C.M., and began our unpleasant and lengthy experience of time wasting. The majority of the blame I feel belongs to the company's standard processes which must allow for way too much time to complete each step; seems like they have some internal process streamlining to do. The Rep C.M. certainly did not go above and beyond in any way and most would agree worked at a below average rate of effort. Every step took one or more days, every slight problem in the graphics became a show stopper until more days were wasted and a fix was created. Nine days later we finally get a final proof to review and the color doesn't match. At that point we're stressing if this will ship in time for our conference based on 3 days of shipping. We ask about using a new PMS color and redoing the graphic but Displays2Go seems to have an extremely unflexible process and by not approving the original proof sent to us and asking them to use another color meant starting the entire process all over again. The rep told us the ship date would be pushed back a massive 7 days (making the ship date 2 days past our need by date and likely making it 4+ days late by time it shipped to us.) We told them to cancel the order at that point. They had wasted 10 of the 18 days we had to get ready for this major conference. Leaving us just barely enough time to rush the project over to (external reference). It has worked out okay however as they are cheaper with better accessories. This is my first time ever making a 1 star comment, it's harsh but this wasn't like a messed up amazon order of a DVD. This was a costly item that was a critical part of a project that our small startup had to get right. Messing with someone's small company is like messing with their child. Displays2Go showed no effort to help us meet the need by date even after they wasted so many of our days, they made no offer of a quick re-work and no offer of free or deeply discounted overnight shipping. This lack of respect for our deadlines and lack of care for how greatly this would hurt our company by showing up to a conference with no booth banner / displays was what got them a 1 star rating and my recommendation to anyone reading to never use them.

I purchased a table display and called immediatly after receiving it was damaged. I talked to someone who told me to send a pic of the damage which I did. No response. Sent another email asking about an update and no response. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company because if your order is not right you run the risk of them not making it right.

I placed an order for a sign holder with a brushed aluminum base but the order was cancelled because those won't be available again for 6 weeks. Pretty disappointing because they would work well in our hospital. I've been online with Amazon, eBay, and several others sites and no one has anything as nice as these seemed to be. I do appreciate that I was updated on the status so I wasn't looking for the delivery. Your site is very nice and easy to navigate. Just wish you had these available!

Bought a dual monitor stand that can accommodate two 27 inch LED monitors. Good description on their website and able to actually look at the installation instructions. Good outline of dimension so I can ensure it will work. Company ship out with tracking info. Product arrived nicely packaged. The only gripe I have is when I try to install for permanent placement style, I realized center hole of the base and the plate did not align well. So, I have to modify by drilling a larger hole so that there is more room to allow alignment. Took a bit to drill through hard steel but it worked perfectly afterwards.

Odered 6 large lockable display boards. The speediness of their arrival surprised me. However, the packaging is what really impressed me. Packaged on a palette. Unless dropped from a building, can't imagine how they could be damaged via shipping.

If an item is out of stock, it should be removed from your website until it is available. No one was rude, did not actually speak to anyone but not happy with final result.

I ordered numerous items from Displays2go for our new retail art business. 5 boxes were delivered by FedEx including one large box that was badly damaged. I called customer service immediately and a replacement was sent to us right away. The quick response in handling this matter was greatly appreciated.

Thought I was getting a "deal" with a little easel I needed to find for my store. This one came and was broken, so it doesn't line up at the top... looks so cheap, it's not even worth sending back :(

I am very happy with Displays2go not only did I get what I ordered on a timely manner. The stand-up display was damaged but all they requested was a picture and they sent me another one right away. Its hard to do business online when you don't know what your getting but this company was great! Thank you

I ordered TRUSSLCDPULG, a portable displaythat incorporates 2 large LCD TVs. It came right away. This will be used for a number of shows that my company plans to do this year and into the future. I test-assembled the components within the week and found all parts were included and it is surprisingly strong. The black paint on the trusses was all intact and looking good. Since the trusses and other components are mainly steel the rolling self storage container/counter is rather heavy, so plan accordingly. This was a very good value for a display that will a good help to us in our marketing efforts. We will be embellishing with posters, signs and banners and that should be very effective.

i ordered 4 shadow boxes from Displays2Go and they were shipped promptly. the products themselves were as described and of excellent quality and workmanship. my only complaint was that 2 of the items were damaged during shipping. i have emailed customer service, and although i have not heard back from them yet, as it is still the weekend, i am hopeful that they will rectify the situation. overall a good experience and i have no hesitation recommending this company

After some research, I chose to order some sign display holders from Displays2Go. The pricing was reasonable, and the order experience was easy. My only recommendation would be for better order tracking prior to shipping. I had to contact online to ask when my order would ship. I would be nice to be able to see an estimated ship date in the order tracker. Along those lines, the live chat feature was great for checking up.

I received the church podium today that I had ordered on the 16th of December. However, I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and no later than the 23rd of December 2014. When I contacted the tracking system and delivery, I was told it was in route, which it was not. I also noted specially on my purchase order to call me two hours prior to delivery, which also did not happen. Fortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave my office a driver shows up with my order. It would be great if businesses can keep their commitment to their customers because our time is valuable too.

i ordered something 3 day shipping. When I checked to track it, it was not coming up. i called customer service and they could not track it either. knowing my urgency, they overnighted me my order at no extra cost. Great Customer Service!!!! Great Company!

I was very happy with my purchase. Delivery 2 days earlier than expected arrived December 22nd in the midst of holiday shipping. Stand was easy to put together and it looks like good quality material was used to make the stand (no sharp edges). The instructions were a little vague but once I got the pieces out it was pretty straightforward. I purchased the stand because I was having an issue with my 37" monitor staying securely in place on my new electric height adjustable desk. Now that I mounted my monitor on my new portable stand it seems solid as a rock. Looks like this stand will support up to a 60" monitor so it may be time for an upgrade soon.

I didn't know what to ecpect. The quality of the shot glass holder is amazing. Very heavy, sturdy and will display beautifully. There was a small bruise at the base of the holder that i can fix. It happened during sjipment but I did not want to send it back. My husband loved it. It will go great in his man cave.

My first order arrived damaged but once allowing them the chance to make good on it I have not had any problems since. My products have arrived generally within several days of ordering and all has been great.
