The item we ordered (ballot box with lock) was poor quality. There were a couple of broken parts and once the unit was assembled, it is flimsy. Because we were under deadline to use this, we kept it. But I am doubtful I will use this company again. It was not worth the price we paid for it.

I have used the booth 2 times. the 1st time was good as all was new. the last time one of the wheels fell off the booth making transport impossible without a hand truck, the carpet is separating from the lament plastic. but I feel I got what I paid for. For the price I expected 4 to 6 shows before I needed another booth, it looks like that is where I'm going.

The products I ordered are very handsome. The tracking way way off though. I got 760 pounds of display cases a day early and I had no one scheduled for them that day. The freight company only left me with 15 min notice that they were coming early. The Display cases them selves arrive flawless. I will use displays2go when my business grows. My order was a little over 2k and handled smoothly.

I ordered one of the displays. It was easy to order on line. Unfortunately it arrived with the top plastic piece broken. I called to let them know so that they could send out a replacement piece. While giving them the details of what was wrong with the display, we discovered that the box was also damaged during shipping. They are now replacing the entire display. That is what I call great service!!! Hopefully the new one will arrive with no issues. Thank you Displays2go!!

Hi there, I ordered a large amount of frames from you which were listed as backordered for 12 days. I subsequently got way too many emails asking me for feedback, giving me discount codes (even though I asked for one earlier) and asking me to come back. I haven't yet gotten one single update on my order yet. I think you should adjust your spamming until after products have been received or it is very frustrating to the customer.

The service was great and the delivery time was great as well. I did think the TV display would be taller as it advertised the TV would go to 87" high. That was not the case. What extended up to that height was an additional arm to mount a camera. My solution was to build a box 12" high to get the monitor up to the height I wanted. Great product and it WAS the tallest you offered without breaking the bank. Thanks.

Due to weather delays, both with carriers and myself, i needed to have my package held for later pick up at my local FedEx office location. FedEx was not able to make the redirect, as there were specific instructions that only the shipper could make the change. I contacted Displays2go via their email feature for help rerouting my package- i wasn't sure if it was too late to have it delivered to my home, so i asked if it couldn't be changed to home delivery, then to have it sent to FedEx. (NAME) informed me there was nothing that could be done and i should contact FedEx. I advised him i had done that and they said to contact D2G. Finally, i was told i could have my package held, but i had to call and give my credit card number because there would be a charge. As i travel for work and am not always in my office, i often have my packages held, so i advised him that i did not believe this was the case and furthermore, i was disappointed that i was initially told nothing could be done, then told the next day i had to pay extra. I was ready to just let them attempt delivery and return the package because (NAME) was so incredibly unhelpful and unconcerned with making sure my first purchase with D2G was a good experience. I called to speak with someone about how much it would cost to have the package routed for holding as the thought of paying D2G 20% restocking made my blood boil after such a terrible email exchange. I explained what was going on and (NAME) was wonderful. She assured me that there was no charge and had the package immediately routed to my nearest facility. Her friendly nature, concern for my satisfaction and speedy service is the ONLY reason i am willing to give D2G a second chance to fulfill my display and marketing needs. I strongly advise that you call for assistance should you require it- I am unconvinced the person responding had even basic knowledge of how FedEx shipping works, much less any vested interest in retaining me as a customer.

Website is great! shows how the mounts work, I received exactly what I thought I was going to. Fast shipping, easy ordering process, and most of all the best prices around. If your looking for a TV mount this is the place to shop!! the other box stores, like Wal-Mart and Best buy are over priced and don't have a very big selection to choose from. Not to mention those two stores don't show how the mount functions. Very pleased .. Thanks!!!

I usually use standard stand-offs to mount pictures on plexi-glass for one of my largest customers. This particular install I need to mount the pictures directly to the wall but still have the decorative stand off "finish" look. After searching online I found exactly what I needed from Displays2go. Ordering was easy, price was ok and shipping was fast. The problem occurred when I got them. The sets come with the cap, anchor and screw. Out of the 80 that I bought 65 of the anchors were too big for the screws that came with the set. I ended up having to use my own screws and wall anchors which was disappointing considering that you pay for their screws and anchors in the set. Overall they look great installed but again I was very disappointed that the hardware that came in the set wouldn't work.

When you order online, you just never know what the quality will actually be these days. I was blown away by Displays2Go. This product FAR exceeded my expectations. The product arrived very quickly as well. Displays2Go was recommended by my marketing guy, someone who rarely advises to do business outside of our local circle. I was nervous because I needed something high-end to display in my reception area and if it looked cheap in any way it wouldn't fly. This actually spruces up the joint and the price was very reasonable! Thank you!

I used the online service to talk with someone regarding the purchase and how to up load the graphic. Then after got several e-mail's from the tech completing the service. Then after getting the graphic correct they mailed my a sample of what it was going to look like. Exceptional service just can't say enough in today age when customer service is lacking.

We ordered 2 manequins... One came broken ! They replaced it after seeing the photo of the broken one. It was very easy to contact them, they acted very quickly. We were very satisfied.

Got the larger display cover, the shipping box arrived in good condition, some small tears on the seams. The cover overall was unmarked, except for the end panel where it looks like it was not buffed, polished out like the other sides.

The product arrived sealed with each individual piece bubble wrapped and one of the shelves was damaged. Seems as though it was put in the box that way.

2/10: We ordered three signs, none of which arrived with a complete set of parts. We had paid for expedited shipping for this order, and the parts arrived 9 business days later after the incident was reported. I inquired several times about getting some type of credit for the shipping but that question was never addressed. 2/11: After this review was posted, the shipping credit was addressed.

I'm a co-founder of a software startup, we needed a pop-up display for a conference and Displays2Go was easy to find on the web so we tried them out. Eventually however we went with another company called (external reference) that got us out of the jam Displays2Go put us in. The first let down, but not a deal breaker, was that their prices were high. $2,200 plus they charge another $112 for shipping and that isn't for overnight, it's a typical 3 day service. Meanwhile the other guys we went with were about $600 cheaper and while they didn't offer free shipping they do at least offer more shipping options which helps. Next they made it seem like they had a strong quality control process and pros at what they do by sending us some questions about our graphics and need by date. We provided that and gave a date 18 days out -- plenty of time. From there we were contacted by a Rep, initials C.M., and began our unpleasant and lengthy experience of time wasting. The majority of the blame I feel belongs to the company's standard processes which must allow for way too much time to complete each step; seems like they have some internal process streamlining to do. The Rep C.M. certainly did not go above and beyond in any way and most would agree worked at a below average rate of effort. Every step took one or more days, every slight problem in the graphics became a show stopper until more days were wasted and a fix was created. Nine days later we finally get a final proof to review and the color doesn't match. At that point we're stressing if this will ship in time for our conference based on 3 days of shipping. We ask about using a new PMS color and redoing the graphic but Displays2Go seems to have an extremely unflexible process and by not approving the original proof sent to us and asking them to use another color meant starting the entire process all over again. The rep told us the ship date would be pushed back a massive 7 days (making the ship date 2 days past our need by date and likely making it 4+ days late by time it shipped to us.) We told them to cancel the order at that point. They had wasted 10 of the 18 days we had to get ready for this major conference. Leaving us just barely enough time to rush the project over to (external reference). It has worked out okay however as they are cheaper with better accessories. This is my first time ever making a 1 star comment, it's harsh but this wasn't like a messed up amazon order of a DVD. This was a costly item that was a critical part of a project that our small startup had to get right. Messing with someone's small company is like messing with their child. Displays2Go showed no effort to help us meet the need by date even after they wasted so many of our days, they made no offer of a quick re-work and no offer of free or deeply discounted overnight shipping. This lack of respect for our deadlines and lack of care for how greatly this would hurt our company by showing up to a conference with no booth banner / displays was what got them a 1 star rating and my recommendation to anyone reading to never use them.

I purchased a table display and called immediatly after receiving it was damaged. I talked to someone who told me to send a pic of the damage which I did. No response. Sent another email asking about an update and no response. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company because if your order is not right you run the risk of them not making it right.
