“The frames might be a good deal. Except the mattes are unbelievably atrocious. Badly cut and they are NOT 8.5" x 11" One was about 8.65" x 11.25" Useless for matting 8.5" x 11"photos!! I have had to discard them and cut my own. It was also disappointing to see the glass that had accompanied my last order are now flimsy plastic. Not good”

“I ordered a display case for a new retail store we are nearly ready to open. The specs listed said the case was 58? overall width so we installed our checkout stand 58.5? away from a side wall and supplied it with power from the ceiling. We wanted a clean permanent location for our check out. The case arrived in good condition and was simple to put together. MAJOR PROBLEM: The case is NOT 58? wide overall. It is 60?. So it doesn?t fit in the intended space thus requiring moving the checkout and re-running power again. That is a huge inconvenience and caused additional expense. Get your specs right!”

“2nd round went smoother. I first tried to order but the time between review & production seemed to take longer than stated. So we canceled that order, which was very easy & they quickly refunded my payment. The next time I ordered, the review and production was on schedule as promised, and they beat my deadline.”

“The frame came quicker than I expected or paid for. The frame was the perfect proportions. Easy to use. I just done know how I?m going to hang the frame on the wall. Maybe I?m bad with carpentry, but how do I hang the thing. There are two little holes, but I don?t know what to do with two holes. But on the hole, happy with my purchase, besides the hanging part. They sent nails but I guess I don?t get if.”
