“I suspect I'm not your usual customer. I'm a tea pot collector who, with my relatively new husband (two years), have recently had a kitchen remodel. Included in the new kitchen is a group of four glass-fronted cabinets made especially for my collection. With the help of the square tier risers, my collection is truly unusual and lovely. I can't wait to have company!!”

“I really like the quality and appearance of the display cabinet that I purchased. The order was processed quickly and arrived very soon after the initial order. All components for the display were packaged well to arrive safely and intact. The assembly was a two-person job that requires enough space to put together. The written instructions should be updated to reflect that there is no longer a part with a hole for the lighting cord, as the design has since been modified. My only issue was the foam packaging material was like velcro and stuck to everything. It took longer to clean up than to assemble the cabinet. That was the only down side to this purchase, but the cabinet itself is well worth the money and looks great!”

“Great product. The first one was damaged in shipment and they were very responsive to get me a replacement quickly. Second was delivered just fine! The display looks amazing. Light is very evenly spread for great backlight. One comment: They should consider a longer wall mount since the transformer won’t fit behind the sign when wall mounted.”

“It took two weeks to get our tax exempt account set up. When we did make a purchase, we were charged tax. I called on Monday this week for a tax credit, and as of today Friday I still have not heard back from the tax team.”

“Dealings with Displays 2 Go were fine, could rate up to minimum of four stars. Delivery service provided by ABF Freight was horrible. Was set up for a Monday delivery to my residence. Did not get delivered until the following Friday. Had to miss work for the hole week while waiting for delivery. Probably would refuse to order or do business with Displays 2 Go if product delivery was set up with ABF Freight. Displays 2 Go needs to consider reimbursement of freight delivery in my opinion.”

“My disappointment was with the actual shipping cartons and condition of the cartons upon arrival at my destination for the amount of money I paid for this LED Sidewalk Sign. Two of the four cartons were made from such poor quality and falling apart, I had to pay to have the sign frame and base reboxed before I could deliver them to my client. Where was the QC at your warehouse level?”
