“Hi there I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding my order. Apparently the FedEx driver could not find my address. I just received an email that they were unable to deliver. I really do need this product and I am wondering why they were not able to find my home. I receive packages everyday. Is there a customer service number to call?”

“Excellent Customer Service! I ordered 2 clear 48 business card wall holders. One came in excellent condition and the other one had several cracks. You could tell it had been handled very badly during shipping as the staples were not holding and the box had been taped with a bulging opening. I called and the company sent me a replacement immediately. When it arrived the box was intact, but the display had 3 small cracks. I did not call or anything as I felt I could still hang it on the wall and it would be OK. I am not sure what the solution is. Maybe some additional packing materials to protect the card holder? Maybe only ship during warmer months. We had extremely frigid weather and maybe it made the plastic material susceptible to cracks? Maybe use a different shipping company? Anyway I love the business card holders I have received from Displays2Go. This was the second time I have ordered from them.”

“They are great quality but I got cherry rather than mahogany. Not worth the trouble of returning because they look good in cherry as well, just does not match the reception woodwork as I had planned.”
