“I had the delivery drive try to drop off a shattered case and I have emailed the displays to go and I have not heard from anyone.”

“The barrel does not hold all tickets. The door doesn’t seal. The tickets go everywhere whenever you turn and spin the barrel. VERY cheaply built. Great customer service. Very poor product.”

“These were just what I wanted for bathroom library. The only complaint is that being made of wire, some were bent a little different and so not perfectly aligned with multiple racks.. But once loaded with mag's, you couldn't tell unless you have OCD like me. The odd thing too was it has 6 mounting holes, but comes with only 4 anchors and screws.”

“It was very easy to put together, although I would have preferred to have standard-size allen wrenches instead of metric. I'm hoping my granddaughter will put it to good use during the COVID home-schooling time. She has a hard time focusing on the work, and I hope this will help her with that. These devices definitely helped me through college.”

“I was extremely excited when I saw you guys site about custom made furniture and I ordered some furniture for my business almost a month ago and I still haven't received it I paid for it but I haven't received it how do I get my product for my money back?”

“The hat rack that I ordered came to me with one of the parts bent so badly that I couldn't make it work. When I called them they said the racks were out of stock and they could give me a partial refund since they could not replace the rack. A month later and I am still waiting for my refund. Won't do business with them again.”
