“I ordered 6 of Required Workshop Series 8 x 2 Door Sign w/ Acrylic Plates, Standoffs & Film Sheets – Silver. I have installed over 300 of these in the past in 4 buildings that I manage. This new order came in and the plexiglass had a dark green tint to it. In the past there was a slight green tint. I contacted displays to go and they told me there was a film to remove. I had already removed the film and had experience installing hundreds of these over the last 2 years. Over and over the women on the phone told me about a film to remove. To make her happy, I tried my fingernails, an eraser and finally a razor blade to remove the so called film. I emailed her pictures and explanations. She still insisted there was a film to remove. I was just looking to get a new batch of plexiglass shipped to me. In the end my last email was ignored. I never received a response and Displays 2 Go did nothing to resolve the problem. Our company has spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and customer service could not even be bothered to send out 12 small pieces of plexiglass to fix the problem.”

“Hi there I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding my order. Apparently the FedEx driver could not find my address. I just received an email that they were unable to deliver. I really do need this product and I am wondering why they were not able to find my home. I receive packages everyday. Is there a customer service number to call?”

“Excellent Customer Service! I ordered 2 clear 48 business card wall holders. One came in excellent condition and the other one had several cracks. You could tell it had been handled very badly during shipping as the staples were not holding and the box had been taped with a bulging opening. I called and the company sent me a replacement immediately. When it arrived the box was intact, but the display had 3 small cracks. I did not call or anything as I felt I could still hang it on the wall and it would be OK. I am not sure what the solution is. Maybe some additional packing materials to protect the card holder? Maybe only ship during warmer months. We had extremely frigid weather and maybe it made the plastic material susceptible to cracks? Maybe use a different shipping company? Anyway I love the business card holders I have received from Displays2Go. This was the second time I have ordered from them.”

“They are great quality but I got cherry rather than mahogany. Not worth the trouble of returning because they look good in cherry as well, just does not match the reception woodwork as I had planned.”
