“The edges of the frame is peeling off, Matt in the frame is not white but off white which looks ugly!! Wouldn't buy it again.”

“We purchased an item and found out it was not working for what we needed in that particular area. When speaking with your company to find out what to do for a return or exchange, we found out that the return would cost us $373.56! That is crazy to expect someone to pay almost $400.00 to return something. That certainly nixed the idea to exchange it or do any further business with your company. We're remodeling our conference room, waiting area and lobby and will not purchase anything from Displays2go to complete this project.”

“Found a nice wire rack on their site, which i thought would work perfectly for some of my matted photos. Worked out quite well. Even arrived a day early. Item came in good shape and exactly as described. Will purchase from again.”

“I bought some fold-up aluminum display easels, and I love them! They look great and they are extremely easy to set up, fold back down, and store. They were delivered 3 or 4 days after I placed my order, which was wonderful. The only thing that surprised me a little was the cost of shipping, but it did get here pretty quick, so that probably had something to do with that.”

“Love this electronic sign. It can be seen from a distance. Love being able to add my own message, changing it as necessary. Wish it was weatherpoof, mine hangs outside under a roof so we have to bring it in when it's raining.”

“The product is exactly what we needed, the website was user friendly, and delivery was prompt. Just a couple of suggestions - The assembly instructions were unclear and could use some improvement. Also, I believe a bit more concern should be placed on securing the screw package, as two out of the three items purchased had the screw packages open and the contents spilled inside the box.”

“Received frames in a timely fashion. Easy snap open frames makes changing out movie posters a breeze. Upon inspection, a couple of the non-glare protective sheets were damaged. Called Displays2go Customer Service and they are sending out new sheets the next business day. Would order again and have already recommended to friends.”

“Update: Customer Service reached out to me following my review and did a great job in offering solutions for my frustrations. I look forward to working further with them in the future. 2/11/16 I needed nine 10x12 wooden frames (made in China) and added double mats from a craft store. In about half the cases, I had to trim the mats more than 1/8 of an inch to fit inside the frame. And because of the tight squeeze, small wooden slivers then fell onto the glass and had to be wiped out. It was time consuming. The glass in all of the frames was in good condition and the paint/color of the frames was true to the picture and to each other.”

“I actually placed an order for a display spinner at, what I thought was a very reasonable price. However when I went to check out and saw the shipping cost (lowest for ground delivery), I was shocked to see the shipping was about $7 less than the product. I went ahead and ordered,but after "sleeping on it", decided to cancel the order. I sent an email to customer service and the cancellation was taken care of promptly and with a great deal of courtesy. No questions asked - no hassle. Will I order again from Displays2go? Absolutely. I just wished that the shipping companies could provide better pricing and service.”
