“Update: Customer Service reached out to me following my review and did a great job in offering solutions for my frustrations. I look forward to working further with them in the future. 2/11/16 I needed nine 10x12 wooden frames (made in China) and added double mats from a craft store. In about half the cases, I had to trim the mats more than 1/8 of an inch to fit inside the frame. And because of the tight squeeze, small wooden slivers then fell onto the glass and had to be wiped out. It was time consuming. The glass in all of the frames was in good condition and the paint/color of the frames was true to the picture and to each other.”

“I actually placed an order for a display spinner at, what I thought was a very reasonable price. However when I went to check out and saw the shipping cost (lowest for ground delivery), I was shocked to see the shipping was about $7 less than the product. I went ahead and ordered,but after "sleeping on it", decided to cancel the order. I sent an email to customer service and the cancellation was taken care of promptly and with a great deal of courtesy. No questions asked - no hassle. Will I order again from Displays2go? Absolutely. I just wished that the shipping companies could provide better pricing and service.”

“I ordered an item that had a listed size in the title and all through the item description. It was not clear to me that was not the total size of the board ... it was several inches larger on all sides because of the frame which made it useless for my use. When I called in, I was told without sympathy that the listings have the full size (it does when you look down at the smaller details below the product description). So if I was an expert in these things, I would have realized this potential problem. However I feel that the listing should make it much more explicit that there is a writing board size and potentially a quite different overall size with framing. So considering a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for return shipping, I have given up and am having a friend remove the framing and cut down the board to a size that will fit the available space. Thanks to the customer service lady's "this is your fault and you should have known better" attitude, I will find somewhere else to buy these items in the future.”

“We just bought a HEAVY 70" Touch Plasma TV. It's a sizable investment so we opted not to be frugal on the stand. So we bought a unit from Displays2Go. This unit was rated at 300lbs, and it holds the TV solidly with absolutely no concern. PROS: Solid, well built construction, I don't panic when children walk by it. CONS: Expensive -- $650 for ours. Would like an even more minimalist design like for the casters to be hidden.”

“Overall the product was exceptional, although I paid for 3 day shipping and it didn't arrive when they stated it would. When I called Displays to go, the rep assured me that I would get it by the end of the business day on the day I called. I didn't receive it till noon the next day. This was 6 days after the product shipped. Make sure you order your product early if you need it by a specific date.”

“Service was good and the delivery came as expected. My order was for the foldable easel. The one problem was the two clips which hold the signboard are the same. One is fine for the left side but on the right side the clip is reversed and faces down instead of up. If you could replace that part I would appreciate it.”

“The Mannequin I ordered for our Historical Museum is just beautiful. She will make a great addition for the display of the historical clothing which we use in the museum. I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. The mannequin was is good condition except for two things. A little paint was chipped from one wrist and an anchor screw connecting the hip to the upper body was missing. It was not enough for me to send it back. I plan to order more mannequins for our museum in the future.”
