“Shipping was prompt and the screen was undamaged, but the shipping box needs to be re-engineered. The length of the box protects the contents fine, but the ends come off. When it was left on my porch, one end was already off exposing the screen inside and when I lifted it to take it in the house, the weight of the screen slid and pushed the other end off. The ends of the box need to be secured better and some straps to keep the screen from shifting inside the box.”

“I ordered the double sided custom printed hanging sign. The dimensions are 24x48 inches, which is what I expected, but did not get. The sign is 24x30 inches which is a great let down as I had hardware already prepped for a 24x48 sign.”

“I ordered two glass display cabinets and both were broke. Glass was shattered. I also ordered some pedestals and one had the wood coming off on three sides.”

“Bought the wall mounted fitting room. It does NOT come with mounting hardware. Took it to my local hardware shop and they have no idea how to mount this thing. Waste of money. I wasted money on buying curtains for it I won't use also. Now have to buy a four-walled changing room. Can't return it because I put it together which means I threw out the plastic packaging.”

“I ordered two 12x12 frames, and, with the mat, the display area is smaller than 12x12, and without, it's larger. Useless , but I can't be bothered sending it back. You asked for it.”

“I ordered a 39"x13" frame for a puzzle I had completed. My order arrived fairly quickly considering I am in Canada. The frame is really good quality, and looks great!! Would definitely recommend!”

“We are happy with the look of the display board but the quality of the screws and how to attach them to the post is poor. The head of all of the screws didn't fit into the area that it was designed to fit into. We had to use a larger allen wrench.”

“The display rack I ordered is good but the packaging and shipping needs a lot of work. The wire rack was placed in a cardboard box to be shipped and did not have any sort of support or protection. The box was torn from shipping and some of the wires were bent when I received it. Put something in the boxes for protection!”
