My experience with Displays2Go was great. It was easy to navigate through the website, talking with someone via online chat. My order showed up damaged, when I called to report the damaged items we had a resolution and two new ones were getting sent to me within an hour. Keep up the good work!

Kianna was my rep today and she was bubbly, super friendly and very very helpful. This was my first order and she walked me through it with confidence and patience. She was wonderful to work with. I would recommend her and displays2go for any business.

i RETURNED BOTH ORDERS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I DROPPED THE MATERIAL OFF MYSELF AND STILL NOTHING

The manager contacted me after reading my review that stated I was happy with the product & service but paid usps fees for shipping that seemed outta line , she said she would refund the difference ($25) dollars & it hit my account promptly šŸ‘ good follow up!

Frame is nice. Packed very well against possible shipping damage. Hanging string broke within hours of hanging. Refund and replacement frame both received....refund only requested

We have purchased before and will do it again. This time, part of our order arrived damaged, most likely the delivery company's fault, as the item was well packed. Looked like someone kneeled on it! One short call to D2Go and they had a replacement to me in short order, no extra charge. Great customer service, professionals all the way. Quality products every time.

Ordered a stand and when it was delivered it was damaged, had a broken shelf and loose parts. Expensive item, but looked like a $30 stand. Real quality control problems. Return policy states they don't want damaged items returned, so I get to get rid of it. How nice of them. They did issue a total refund. Definitely won't purchase anything from Displays2Go in the future. Don't recommend buying from them.
