“another GREAT product - looks better than online, but unfortunately, no directions and I still haven't figured out how to fully assemble it. UPDATE: within hours of posting this review, I received a personalized email with a link to the instructions and an apology for not having received them to start with. BEST customer service experience ever!!”

“This was an excellent stand. I couldn?t find a tv stand/cabinet combo that I liked. So I decided to buy the mount and cabinet separately. I found this mount while searching endlessly and for the price it couldn?t hurt to try. It came in quickly was easy to assemble and nice and sturdy. It fits perfectly with my tv cabinet and is the perfect height to hang the tv. Would definitely recommend to anyone who can?t wall mount a tv. Perfect solution.”

“When I got the display rack the package of screws etc was open, and everything was in the box. There was a "cam" missing. I called and the gentleman I spoke with sent me a whole new set...not just the one I was missing. I am happy with the pamphlet display rack. It is much more presentable and hopefully will stay neater than the shelves I had!!”

“FAST Delivery & Great Product. We bought the 10-tier literature racks. They work very well for trade-shows. I would recommend buying the padded bags for them though. First time we bought these racks we did not. The units got damaged (when we were sending to shows) even though they were in the "thin bags" that came with them and packaged on a pallet with other stuff. This time we ordered 2 literature display racks and 2 padded travel bags for them. Hoping they hold up well for us.”

“This company is great. My item was received broken because of shipping and the gentlemen I talked to on the phone was super nice and sent me out a replacement immediately and I received it in two days. The second box was marked fragile in several different places. The product is very sturdy and is exactly what I have been looking for.”
