“This holder was just the size I needed for voter registration cards. I could tape my ad/notice to the front to personalize it.”

“The case was actually nicer than I expected. It will certainly serve it's purpose. The only drawback is the local. It does not truly secure the cabunet in any real manner. It would be simple to pop the case open.”

“Great service but I ordered TV stands for a show. Has rust spots on them and no time to deal with returning and getting new. One of them has a cracked plastic casing and the stands for keyboards snapped off. Very satisfied with the quick response and solution they offered.”

“Packaging and shipping was great. Always a shot in the dark ordering online. One corner does not seem completely put together. I am assuming customer service for a solution will be okay.”

“Rapid (3-day) delivery. Carefully, if excessively, packaged and every frame arrived unmarred and undamaged. Quality about what I expected for the price. I could not imagine any hanging system that could use the tiny, flimsy clips, especially for a rather large frame with glass front. I spent quite a while installing hanging clips to the backing, since I didn?t want wall hangers to show above the frame. If you are using small nails in the wall, a saw-tooth hangar nailed to the frame might work, or alternatively you could try a velcro strip stuck to the wall. Mats are also rather thin, a problem since this is a shadow box and the mat must hold the photo flat. Still I think these imports were cheap enough to allow me mount the large number of photos I planned.”

“After much review we decided on a product from Displays2go. It fits our need. It was easy to order and arrived on time. The assembly was fairly easy as well. I did notice a few minor issues with the quality of the product where it is screwed together. These don't create a noticeable difference with the appearance I just hope that it doesn't affect the durability. I would really give the product 4 stars and company 5 stars.”

“I received the product and they seem to be well made. However one of the bagel bins has a cracked bottom. The boxes had no sign of damage so the broken bins must have been sent with the crack. A refund for the bin would be appreciated.”

“I ordered four of the T shaped displays. Three of the four work perfectly. The fourth will not hold the document in place with the magnets and does not stand up completely vertical. I had to cut off the corners of the document to get the magnets to close. I don't know what to do about it not standing completely vertical.”

“Just received the display racks. Well packaged. Everything arrived in working order. Very easy to handle and assemble. The feet are a little more lightweight than I would like but with some sandbags on them once the panels are up and loaded with art, we should be okay. Hooks that I ordered are well made and function fine.”

“I love the stand but the directions need help. This stand is exactly what we needed for our new conference room. We have bought this type before a few years ago. They are so durable. However, it was a little confusing with the directions because I had more screws than I needed and the pictures were difficult to understand. I would recommend this product with a warning that it can be difficult to put together especially if doing so alone.”

“I ordered 6 kitchen chairs, 360 degree rotating, counter height. They arrived promptly and were very easy to assemble. But upon opening the boxes I discovered that one of the chairs was damaged. There are faint blue marks on the white seat that won't come off and small pieces of the chrome plating are chipped off near the base. There is also a small dent in the base itself. It was disappointing. I don't know how that chair made it through the quality control checks, if there are any. The other five chairs were fine. Upon reading this review, I was quickly contacted by Customer Support. They promptly sent me a replacement chair which has already arrived and is in good condition. I have adjusted my rating upwards accordingly.”

“Fairly easy ordering process. Great prices until you factor in shipping costs which seemed rather high. Cardboard ballot boxes we ordered were a little rough around the edges when we took some of the perforated edges off. Overall, what we received suits our purposes and will work just fine for the conference we are attending. Purchasing a slightly larger quantity than needed did reduce the per piece price including shipping to justify the purchase.”

“Good quality item and very fast ground shipping at reasonable cost. It would have been easier to bring it through Canadian Customs if a packing slip or other document was included showing what I paid for it. One of the two small screws that joins bottom to torso is broken. Bottom threaded part of screw is still in hole so it appears the screw was there originally and something hit it and it broke off. Screw was not found in box, it probably left the factory in this condition. I can insert another screw, an easy repair. Your company appears to be Canadian, with a maple leaf shown on web site, "Canada" and ".ca" in the web address, and prices in Canadian dollars. Upon some exploring through site, it says items are shipped from Maryland USA. If a Canadian buyer did not look carefully and shipped an item to Canada, Fed Ex would demand an extra import fee over and above the shipping cost.”

“The purchasing experience was easy and the product that we received is good quality and what I was expecting. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the boxes got pretty beat up in shipping. One of the knobs on one of the poster stands was partially broken off (still appears to be usable). I would not normally hold shipping issues against a company except that I read this same sentiment in multiple other reviews before purchasing the poster stands. Perhaps they need to be packaged more securely or the shipping company needs to be changed. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience!”

“Only had this display for a week. It was heavier and more solid than I expected, so I am hopeful it will be sturdy and durable. It looks really sharp. However, there were very few assembly instructions, so I had to look at the online pictures closely to figure out how to assemble it. The instructions included for the literature racks were for wall mounting them, not mounting on the post. Also, the literature racks are angled in such a way that the front of the paper inside tilts down, making them difficult to read, unless you are only 3 feet tall.”
