“The music stand will work. It is very sturdy and seems to hold the tablet very securely. We were thinking that there must be a cover over the small knob that is used to open the sides of the holder. We have been advised that there is not a cover on the small knob.”

“The package was damaged a lot in shipping, however there were only minor dings on the stand, no big deal and not their fault. The main reason for reducing the number of stars to 4 is the quality. Don't get me wrong, it is good, just not great. I wish there was a way to stabilize the swinging shelf. Also, the screen is frustrating to unroll and not easy to add banner after built (the top or bottom must be completely removed). Good not Great, hope it holds up to wear and tear.”

“The purchasing process was fine, but the packaging for shipping was VERY poor. The product is large and heavy, but was shipped in its thin cardboard box - no separate shipping box. The box was significantly damaged in transit, bags of small parts had come open, and it was virtually impossible to tell if any pieces had been lost until we began assembly. I'd be more comfortable with additional purchases if I had more confidence that the product would arrive intact.”

“Order was received in a timely manner. However, the wooden display rack did not have three holes drilled for the screws. Not a huge issue, just poor quality control. It was a quick fix, and the display looks great. Will definitely use Displays2go a resource in the future.”

“Great value for the price. Sturdy base, attractive posture. Arms mobile, one is bent at the elbow. As with other mannequins I have seen, the head has an attractive face but not as large of a skull as is human, but since it is very tall many might not notice.”

“The comment bin came in with a scratch across the front and the lock is not installed properly. The box will not stay closed if you attempt to lock it. Displays2go contacted me and made a prompt replacement of the defective item.”

“Delivered on time and the product was great except one minor issue. One of the metal female threaded discs that was previously glued to the glass shelf had come loose and was rolling around in the box. I will glue it and move on.”

“Delivery was smooth. It was 2 boxes delivered with a palette. Wish he coulda took this huge palette back with him!! The box was slightly beat up even tho it read "handle with care" all over the box. Some of the paint was scratched off on the reception desk. I covered it up nicely tho. Easy setup. Setup took 45min or so. Overall I would order again and recommend a friend.”

“More light weight, and top heavy than I thought a piece this size would be. Also, the glass will not clean. Inside or out. I've tried 2 glass cleaners, paper towels and newspaper. Gray fingernails and greasy smears are I have to show for my efforts. I've cleaned the entire piece 3 times. I have to get new supplies and try again tomorrow. The ropes used to tied the doors down, left scuff marks that will not come off either. Besides all the smears on the glass, the piece looks nice, and should hold my items.”

“Order some metal concession displays. Product was pretty decent for the price. One item came with a faulty part. I called D2G and Serena took time to listen to my concern, and she sent a replacement part right away. Appreciated the good customer service.”

“The order shipped and arrived in just a few days. I only needed one but there was a 2 item minimum. The quality of the item is good. Over all I am pleased with the order and the company. We have not yet used it for our up coming trade shows which is the purpose it was purchased for but I don't see any reason why it will not work perfect for our need. I would recommend Displays2go to others”

“I ordered a display case. I hired a professional to assemble it. It was so unstable and poorly made that it would be a liability to use it in my store. I immediately contacted the customer service department. Bruce in customer service directed me to repackage the case and ship it back at my expense. I told him that was unacceptable. He replied that he would get back to me with a better resolution. Jennifer contacted me and turned this disappointing situation around. After viewing the video of the wobbly case, she immediately issued a full refund. I definitely would work with Displays2go in the future! I am confident that they stand behind their product and want to insure that all their customers are satisfied with their purchases. Thank you Jennifer!!”
