“Easy to use site. Shipping seemed a little slow, but I received my order in time for my first event. Overall I would go back and order again.”

“The product looks great and is just what I expected. A couple of disappointments during assembly. One hole was not machined accurately enough to receive the intended bolt, so had to omit that one (1 of 8), slightly compromising the stability. One wheel receptacle was not securely welded into its slot, so that wheel spins with a mind of its own. For the price, I expected some less-than perfect quality so was not surprised. I would still buy the product again if I needed another. Just want to add this...when the company read my review they offered a discount. Seriously, I was not expecting that and I probably would have been a return customer anyway...but for SURE now, when I need anything they sell, I am buying it from Displays2go.”

“Item I ordered came promptly and while the box it was shipped in was damaged the contents were fine. For my purpose - displaying 5 flavors of popcorn I produce for sale in stores, the rack is adequate though not a perfect fit. My bags are 8? wide and 15? tall, if the rack was 6? taller it would fit my product better. If the rack fits your item it is functional, light but sturdy storage/display rack.”

“Arrived timely and satisfied with product. However bent upon delivery and managed to straighten out, but feel it's not working as smoothly and well as it would have if had not been bent in shipping, but works nonetheless. Also worried about weakening support with bending back and forth.”

“Product was delivered fast and was exactly what I had envisioned. Only problem I had was when I was assembling it. Half the parts were not labeled and the instruction manual was not as detailed as I would have liked so it took a lot longer to put together. Other than that, I love how it turned out!”

“I have from Displays2Go several times and speed of delivery is absolutely amazing, at least for me in Ohio. Products were quality and have always been exactly as displayed online until the last order. I did have some products I was not happy with recently as they did not seem up to par with what I received before. when I called, they were extremely helpful in making the return, though I did have to pay the shipping.”

“The acrylic book stands are well made and the shipping package protection was also very good. Shipment by Fed Express was irritating when their own staff didn't know their own delivery procedures but at least delivery was made on the day promised.”

“Did not contact the company, but nearly had to. The instructions with the display stands are completely useless, the screws included with the stands for mounting the iPad mini were an incorrect size (too small for the holes and threading on the mounting bracket), and some reverse engineering was necessary to make the stands work at all. Additionally, some quality control about the assembly of the pole for the stands would be necessary to make this product better.”

“Great service. Sturdy, well made product and simple assembly up to the very last step ? the locking clips didn?t fit properly and had to be modified to secure the bottom of the vertical TV brackets to the stand horizontal support frame. The Chinese QC/QA needs improvement. Other than that it looks it should hold up for a long time.”

“The web site and ordering process were user-friendly. There were several options of the product to chose from with comparisons. My only negative comments would be that I clicked on the options to have the product delivered on a truck with a lift gate because we do not have a loading dock. The product (420 lbs.) arrived in a semi on a pallet. The driver had no way of removing the item and I could not very well lift it out on my back. Luckily our garage personnel had a fork-lift and removing the item. This was poor planning or poor communication with the delivery service.”

“Nice website with a good selection. The Q&A section had many answered questions so I didn't need to ask more. I received my item overnight which was surprising. The one thing I would mention to the site owners is that more detailed pictures, that enlarge would be great. I might have purchased other items but couldn't see them in detail. The glass counter top display I did purchase is something I've seen in person so I had the confidence to buy it, and because you have a good rating online I was confident to buy from you.”

“Directions to build were a bit confusing, but this was the most affordable pedestal out there. The rest were hundreds of dollars. Looks good.”

“The stand offs need more instructions with them. Not in necessarily in assembly, but best practice to mount the panel. For example, should you mount the stand off to the wall first or drill the panel first then mark the wall? I measured the four locations on the wall first, mounted the stand off base and then started drilling the panel. The holes in the panel ended up being upto 1/4" off at each corner. I think if I could do it again, I would drill and assembly the stand off to the panel so that they are evenly placed in the corners, then mark the wall where the standoff would meet the wall. Letting the corner mismatch be on the wall vs. on the Panel where it can be seen that the cap its not placed in the corners evenly. It ended up looking fine, but way more of a PITA then it was worth. Mine was especially hard because it was 3'x4' panel, and really hard to hold straight and take measurements. It was high off the ground too, doing all this on a ladder was not easy. Also allow your min order to be 1 box. I didn't need 8 stand offs. It wasn't clear that you get 4 standoff per box. Overall good product, and actual stainless steel. I first bought knock off pieces from another store and it was cheap tin material with a SS cap that was glued in place. I like that these are actually a stainless steel bar stock machined to create the standoff nice quality.”

“Just purchased a large weather-resistant sandwich board chalkboard and 2 weather-resistant literature holders to hang from it. Yes, I spent more than I usually would for advertising needs for my small business, but boy was it worth it! Purchased on the web, and was on their way to me the next day even though I didn't spend extra on fast shipping.”

“The display stand is very solidly built for the most part. The one major flaw was the lock or latch button that is supposed to stop the tv from rotating. It is way to light duty for the application. I simply took the plastic stop button out and welded a nut over the hole where the plastic button was. Then I threaded a bolt into the welded on nut so that the bolt lined up with the corresponding hole in the pivot plate. I think it is pretty solid now!”

“We ordered the display counter with our logo. The counter is a really good design and quality - super easy to set up, light enough to transport easily but heavy duty enough that I think it should last for awhile. The black canvas carrying cases are also of good quality and make it all easy to pack up and carry. The customer service was great. We needed the piece delivered quickly and they accommodated us. The one reservation I have is that the film that covers the logo is quite wrinkly in places - separating from the graphic a little and got more wrinkly as the day went on. I think it should be fine but did want to mention that in full disclosure.”
