“Looks great around some big Escher prints I found recently. Arrived very quickly! Only problems: when peeling off the protective film, the plastic became a magnet for lint, degaussing tips would be helpful. One of the hanging clips came loose, but super glue worked to keep it in place.”

“I had an issue with the frames I purchased from Displays2Go when they arrived. The corners had been smashed and scratched up during shipment. After calling technical support, I was sent more frames immediately and didn't have a big headache like I had expected! They sent more frames that had similar damage, but their speed of response was incredible.”

“Very nice product, exactly as pictured. I ended up scraping the double-sided tape off with a razor blade so I could use my own Command adhesive (purchased separately) so it wouldn't ruin the wall if I ever needed to remove. Would love it if there was a Command adhesive option or at least if the double-stick tape wasn't already applied to the back. That would also allow you to use clear tape if you were applying to glass.”

“Very happy overall with my recent purchase from Displays2go -- my first. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my file folder rack arrived in a ginormous box that was twice the width of the item purchased. As it's steel and not "fragile," a more judicious shipping practice would have lowered the shipping charge which was over $17 -- so that's the only way they dropped the ball and can improve. The rack itself was something I Hunted for and feel is a very good quality as well as value. Easy ordering, arrived in a reasonable period of time given its origination point and my location (over a week, not a problem), and of course I had the option for more expedited shipping means. But when SIZE is a key determining factor in freight companies setting their rates, to me, boxes should be as small as possible and just have the amount of fill material added to ensure the item arrives safely. Am happy with my rack though and installed it over the weekend. Just what I needed to organize my file folders on the wall vs. taking up room on my desk (!).”

“Arrived with a part broken, but was given a complete replacement (not just the part). They don't replace parts. Great experience with the rep/company (so far). Instructions are pics only. Couldn't figure out where to put a screw. Rep couldn't either. I think we will like the whiteboard unit. Seems sturdy, except for the weak part which broke. Edit: Have tried for couple days to get answers on assembly. China is on holiday, so no answers for at least 6 more days. Parts don't fit together right. Instructions are insufficient. Reps don't have answers. Not what I wanted to spend my time doing. Holding out hope that we can get it put together one day. Try a different company/whiteboard. Conclusion: After receiving 3 whiteboards for the price of one, I am glad for their quick replacement policy. WE finally got them all together. Use a large sharpie inserted into the corner brackets to help instal the corners. The screws go in the middle of the plastic tab on the back of the board. There is no location hole for the screws, just screw them through the plastic tab and back of the board. Hope that helps. There reps do seem to care, and had turned the experience around from a single star to 3 stars.”

“Table is just as described, although the top is dented in several places. When I ordered it I noticed several reviews which said their table was damaged as well. This issue should be addressed.”

“This display is the only one I could find that had the design I was looking for - vertical, flush to the wall, and suited for 4x9 pamphlets. It was easy to put together using the enclosed instructions and I was able to do it myself quickly & easily. All necessary parts were enclosed. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Just wish though that you could buy additional pockets without having to buy another set of 4. Maybe I wanted a 6-pocket system. The other thing though was that shipping was pretty expensive for the lightness of the unit. Added about 50% to the cost of what I was buying. But, as they were the only ones who had what I was looking for, I bought from this company anyway. Communication was good as I was informed throughout the buying and shipping process as to the status of my order.”

“Unit came before scheduled delivery date. Unit came with all required hardware to complete installation. It was a bit heavy and required two people to install. The lag bolts were made cheaply (likely Chinese) and did snap off during installation. I had to purchase new bolts from a local hardware store, which was a bit frustrating. All in All, the TV mount is a good product and built well enough to support my 47" plasma TV.”
