“Frame metal looked cut without any care to remove aluminum burs. Styrene covering was stuffed into frames without care and were bent and creased. I guess you get what you paid for. On the positive side, the communications from purchase to delivery were good. Appended Review Post-contact with Displays2go: Upon posting this D2G contacted me via phone and email and have apologized for the order and have replaced the order. From the start, the frames themselves are pefect for my need and knowing that D2G stand behind their product and were very responsive. Will use them in the future.”

“Easy to order online, received tracking information so I knew when my delivery would arrive and that it consisted of 4 boxes! Website had feedback from previous customers so I was able to see in advance that their orders hadn't included instructions - that allowed me to check back once the order arrived and see that there was a download available so I could put it together, Final product looks great, very professional, and sturdy.”

“I order 3 frames. One large 2 smalls. The large one had a minor issue with the protective lens and I contacted the customer service representative. Sharon H. helped me resolved my issue quickly and easily. I am very happy with the product, the clip system is so easy to use, this is a no brainer vs other frames I have used before. Also, I have used the 3M scratch product to hang all my 3 frames and it is a great solution if you don't want to make any hole in the wall. Special thanks to Sharon who was patient and customer oriented (she was awesome)!”

“I recently bought 2 ballot boxes. I've ordered them before and this time I needed it for an event and one of them arrived cracked. Usually their items are of good quality so I'm thinking it happened in the shipping.”

“I?ve purchased a couple times now and have been happy with everything that has come. One piece did break after just a couple uses. But, overall the company is very easy to work with and items ship very quickly. And they have a nice selection.”

“My experience was good for the most part but there were a few gaps in communication on the shipping notes I requested be included from D2G to the shipper and the shipping company to the actual driver. Nothing that resulted in any issues, just a little frustration. The delivery driver was able to move my pallets (3) closer to the building than I expected, which was a huge plus (over an uneven, natural trail). A word to the wise, the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. Product names are not consistent throughout the document and I had to watch YouTube to see what connector parts go where on the unit. New instructions are highly recommended...”

“Excellent quality and a great process making sure you approve of design before production. Product arrived in great condition and shipping was prompt. Only thing I would be careful with is their production guarantee. If you have a week, excellent, but the time promised was a little generous.”

“Good quality materials. Good instructions, but might include bit more instruction on the shelf support locks. Quick delivery, item well-packed but one slight scratch on one of the display's pieces of glass. Very satisfied over all and recommend.”

“Great displays - shipping packaging not so much. I received two displays that I purchased for our gift shop. One was a greeting card holder. The other one was to hang small Christmas ornaments on. The greeting card holder itself was great. But when you try to put it in the stand (which is plastic) it cracks the stand. There wasn't really a set of instructions other than something that looked like it came from China. But we are using the stand anyway. Like I said, the stand itself was great and just what we needed. But the plastic base for the stand was terrible and cracked.”

“I like the Motorized Ceiling Mount TV Bracket and it works. If I was designing this, I would make these improvements: 1. Every time the power goes out, I need to reset the IR remote. This is really a pain and needs to be improved. 2. The motor needs to be faster. It takes at least a minute for my TV to drop down. 3. Move the IR and electrical connection to the back of the bracket. My outlet and network connection is behind the bracket, so this would make things a lot easier and less stress on the wires especially since my TV's power cord is so short. 4. The snap-on covers on each side of the bracket to hide the wires should be improved because it's not easy to keep together.”

“When the product arrived there was hardware missing as well as a key. I called, explained and they sent me another product. I was allowed to keep the original and did not have to ship it back. The service was exceptional and the new product arrived within two days. I would purchase from Displays2go anytime.”

“I had purchased a hook and loop retractable banner a couple of years ago from Displays2Go, and was very happy with that purchase, it came quickly and works well. I recently ordered some black floor easels for an event, that unfortunately was not of the same quality as the banner. The hardware was rusted and one easel was missing a major component. However, I called them immediately, and they are replacing the easel with the missing part and giving me a refund for the rusty hardware that I can replace locally (faster than having them ship me new hardware). While I was disappointed with the quality of the easels upon arrival, the customer service to fix the problem was excellent.”
